| The rapid development of vocational education has given secondary vocational education and secondary vocational teachers higher and newer requirements and philosophy.The construction of secondary vocational teachers has entered an in-depth development stage focusing on quality and connotation development.However,there are still many problems and challenges during the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,such as the lagging development of philosophy,the unclear development goals,lacking of development planning awareness,the improvement of awareness in reflection and innovation,and lackness of external driving force,which need further in-depth study and promotion.The professional development level of secondary vocational teachers has also become an important influencing factor restricting the development of secondary vocational education.The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has issued a series of policies and documents to support the construction of teachers’ innovation teams,which aims to improve the level of teachers’ professional development,and strengthen the construction of vocational education teachers.In the process of building an innovative country,innovation team’s construction of secondary vocational teachers has become a new focus to develop the professional development,which has also changed into group development instead of individual development.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the professional development of Secondary Vocational teachers under the background of innovation team building.This study is based on the background of innovation team building,taking Teachers’ Learning Theory,Motivation Theory and Learning Organization Theory as the main theoretical support,with comprehensive questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,aiming to explore the professional development of secondary teachers in the background of innovative team building.Taking two typical innovation teams of Shandong A Vocational School as an example,this study will take the dialectical relationship between innovation team’s construction and professional development of secondary vocational teachers as the mainline,following the study logic “policy requirements-development process-relationship recognition-prospect”.The case study try to have a further findings on the synergistic relationship between the construction of innovation team and the secondary vocational teachers’ professional development.Through investigation and research,it is found that the construction of innovation teams is an effective way for professional development of secondary vocational teachers.It plays a great role in enhancing the awareness of independent development improving teachers’ professional knowledge and professional ability.However,the professional development of secondary teachers in innovation team building also faces challenges.For instance,the coordinated development of secondary vocational teachers between enterprises is not deep;Training lacks of systematic;There’s a conflict between the individual and team development of secondary teachers.All these factors restrict the professional development of secondary vocational teachers.Finally,by combing the research on the effect relationship between them,this study puts forward some strategic suggestions,mainly including: 1.Build a community of teachers’ development-a community of values,a community of school-enterprise cooperation and a community of knowledge.2.Establish a radiation mechanism for teachers’ professional development driven by innovation team building.Give full play to the exemplary role of team leaders,radiate and lead the professional development of team members;Broaden the scope of support for innovation teams,and lead the professional development of secondary vocational teachers.3.Establish a long-term mechanism for the professional development of secondary vocational teachers from two aspects: strengthen organizational safeguards and build long-term policy mechanisms;Internal and external forces are linked to build a dynamic mechanism for long-term development. |
