| In the increasingly fierce competition era,educational competition has become an important means of competition for all countries.If education is prosperous,the country will be prosperous,while if education is strong,the country will be strong.Private secondary vocational education is a significant part of China’s education,whose development plays a crucial role.The main purpose of studying teachers’ job satisfaction in private secondary vocational schools is to promote the development of private education in China,to study the theoretical basis of school development,and to improve the effectiveness of teacher management.The author selected teachers in M private secondary vocational school as the research subjects,analyzed and studied the influencing factors of teachers’ job satisfaction,and put forward countermeasures to provide reference for school management.This paper selected a self-compiled questionnaire with six dimensions,namely salary and benefits,working environment,interpersonal relationships,managers and management systems,social recognition and respect,and professional growth and development.A total of206 valid questionnaires were collected,and descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the data by SPSS23 to understand the relationship between the six dimensions and teachers’ job satisfaction.The following conclusions were drawn: 1)the overall job satisfaction of teachers in M private secondary vocational school is at a general level;2)the six dimensions have a positive correlation with teachers’ job satisfaction;3)the six dimensions have different impact on teachers’ job satisfaction.Combined with the relevant theoretical and empirical results,the author proposed the following countermeasures: 1)improve the campus social image and status;2)optimizing the working environment on campus and creating an ideal atmosphere;3)improve the salary system and strengthen the overall incentive measures;4)build a platform to promote teachers’ professional growth and long-term development;5)improve the management level of managers and perfect relevant management systems.The school is expected to adopt measures to enhance teachers’ job satisfaction,strengthen its teaching management,and improve teaching results. |
