With the improvement of People’s living standards and the increasing attention to liberal education,Qinhuangdao’s early childhood education industry has developed rapidly.Due to the lack of innovation in the curriculum system,the early education market is full of competition and the development level of local early education institutions is uneven.The Qinhuangdao Red,yellow and blue growth centre,as a senior chain of early education institutions,is well-known in the market,the curriculum system is relatively stable and mature,business operation is in a bottleneck period,and sales performance has stagnated,the enterprise urgently needs to carry on the marketing strategy optimization to promote its sustainable development.This paper studies the operation status of Qinhuangdao Qinhuangdao red-yellow-blue Growth Center by Literature Review,investigation and case study.Using PEST models to analyze the political,economic,social and technological macro-environment of Qinhuangdao’s red,yellow and blue growth centres,this paper analyzes the micro-environment of Qinhuangdao’s red,yellow and blue growth center from three aspects: internal environment,competitors and customers.Use the SWOT model to analyze the Qinhuangdao Red,yellow and Blue Growth Center and identify the marketing optimization strategy based on the advantage opportunity strategy.The use of STP theory for market differentiation analysis,accurate market positioning.Further use of 7Ps marketing theory to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of marketing,combing its main problems and the causes of the problems,from the perspective of 7Ps marketing strategy optimization design.And from the standard operation management system,excellent talent protection,intimate service protection,strengthen the fund management system,enhance customer management level of the five aspects of the Qinhuangdao Red,yellow and Blue Growth Center marketing strategy optimization design protection measures.
