In recent years, the society has paid more and more attention to migrant workers, and the situation of the children of many new citizens has gradually changed. However, the children of new citizens moved into the city with the parents of migrant workers, facing problems such as schooling and socialization, which have not attracted much attention from the society, and due to social policies, education systems and other reasons, the children of new citizens are still in a disadvantaged position in the city. The floating population has gradually shifted from the traditional rural labor outflow to the family-structured flow. The children of new citizens who are in an important period of socialization are facing great changes in economic, social, and cultural life that exist in the original living environment, which has led to a lack of self-confidence and learning. When communicating with ordinary urban children from the city in terms of education, peer group social interaction, etc.,it is inevitable that they will have different experiences. In schools and community living environments, many children of migrant workers are psychologically unable to integrate into the city where they live because they are not used to the city’s food, language and customs, and cannot regard themselves as part of the city. Therefore, the author takes the psychological integration of the children of new citizens as the focus of practice and research. The children of new citizens leave the usual social environment, and suddenly the unfamiliar environment changes their hearts greatly. The author believes that for the children of new citizens, psychological integration is the most critical way to come to an unfamiliar environment and achieve socialization.Through professional social work case service, this research uses literature method and interview method as the main data collection methods, supplemented by participatory observation method, and intervenes through professional social work method to help clients overcome the problem of psychological integration and promote their psychological integration.Through case interviews, the author found that in the process of integrating into the urban society, the client had psychological integration problems such as low self-esteem,self-avoidance,low self-efficacy,and self-identity confusion. The reasons for lack of health and lack of community support network were analyzed.Under the guidance of psychosocial therapy theory model, the new citizen’s child Yang was involved, with the goal of improving the client’s self-cognition and promoting psychological integration into the city, and carried out client therapy Serve. This research focuses on direct therapy, using direct influence and support skills to help clients overcome psychological problems, supplemented by indirect therapy at home, school, and community.Emphasis is placed on people in the context, emphasizing casework skills.Direct treatment includes support, direct influence and reflection of people in the situation, and indirect treatment includes the use of resources at home, school, and community. In the end,the client realized the transformation of enhancing self-confidence,eliminating escape psychology, improving self-efficacy,and enhancing self-identity.Practical experience has proved that the psychosocial treatment model has certain applicability to the psychological integration of the children of new citizens Yang, and has a certain effect in solving their problems. It is an important practice to intervene in the case work to promote the psychological integration of the children of new citizens.significance.However,due to the difference between the traditional culture of the West and my country, applying this model to the professional treatment of social work in my country requires a process of Chineseization.Social work is a very practical discipline, and effective use of this model When the model is integrated into the case service,it requires a long period of practice and research to "make up" in order to promote the local application of the psychosocial treatment model, which has a certain reference value for further exploration of the application of the psychosocial treatment model. |
