The excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation has a long history,gathers the wisdom of the Chinese nation,is the spiritual pillar of the Chinese nation,and provides a solid foundation for the development of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Tea Classic is an important milestone in the history of Chinese tea culture.It is not only the first monograph on tea in the world,but also an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Tea Classic has accumulated profound Chinese excellent traditional culture content,which contains rich chemical knowledge.Combining the excellent Chinese traditional culture content in the Tea Classic with the chemistry teaching content in middle school,creating a real traditional culture situation in chemistry teaching can help students understand the excellent traditional culture from the perspective of chemistry,solve the real problems in the traditional culture situation with chemical knowledge,and deepen the understanding of chemical knowledge.The infiltration of excellent traditional Chinese culture in chemistry classroom can add humanistic charm to chemistry classroom,which is conducive to arousing students’ interest in learning chemistry,feeling the charm of traditional culture in the learning process,and enhancing cultural identity and national pride.Through consulting and analyzing relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current application research status of traditional culture at home and abroad,providing ideas and inspiration for the development of chemistry curriculum resources in Chinese excellent traditional culture.The questionnaire was used to understand the application of excellent traditional Chinese culture into chemistry teaching in middle schools,as well as the teachers and students’ attitudes and views on the integration of chemistry curriculum resources in the traditional cultural classic Tea Classic into chemistry teaching.On the theoretical basis of constructivism learning theory and cultural education theory,according to the chemistry curriculum standards of compulsory education,content requirements of chemistry curriculum standards of ordinary high school and teaching contents of chemistry textbooks of middle school,the middle school chemistry curriculum resources in Tea Classic are developed from the material and spiritual aspects respectively,and the knowledge content related to the middle school chemistry textbooks in Tea Classic is integrated.The content mainly includes: the integration of material and cultural resources in Tea Classic with the content of middle school chemistry textbook,which involves 15 knowledge contents in the first volume of ninth grade and the second volume of ninth grade chemistry textbook;13 knowledge contents in the first and second compulsory volumes of high school chemistry textbooks,Optional Compulsory 1,Optional Compulsory 3 and optional course Series 1;The material and cultural resources related to the teaching content of chemistry experiment in middle school include comparison between Lu Yu’s twenty-four instruments and chemical experiment instruments in middle school,comparison between operation terms in Tea Classic and chemical experiment terms in middle school",and comparison between units of measurement in Tea Classic and units of measurement commonly used in chemical experiments in middle school,etc.The integration of the Five Elements of tea with the multi-dimensional content of middle school chemistry curriculum,including the five elements of tea with chemical elements,Chemical Changes of Substances in wind furnace,etc.The integration of spiritual and cultural resources in Tea Classic and chemistry teaching in middle school mainly includes: the excellent moral trait in Tea Classic permeates the core quality and moral education process,the connection between the ancient ecological philosophy and the chemical sustainable development concept,etc.Based on the research status,questionnaire survey,theoretical basis and curriculum standards,this paper proposes teaching strategies for the application of chemistry curriculum resources in Tea Classic in middle school chemistry teaching,and puts forward corresponding teaching principles,teaching approaches and teaching design from the aspects of applied teaching and applied moral education,so as to provide reference for front-line teachers and other researchers.
