Abstract/Summary:
In the new era,the responsibility and mission entrusted by the party to colleges and universities is to cultivate new people who are worthy of great use and can shoulder heavy responsibilities.College student cadres are also a special group of college students.They are the most active,potential,influential and appealing advanced elements,the main body for students to achieve "self-management,self-service,self-education and self-supervision",and an important force for colleges to carry out student management at present.They play a very important role in guiding ideological and political quality,leading by example and demonstration,managing grass-roots organizations,and innovating working ideas.They are an important bridge for colleges and universities to communicate with students,and they are also new people and innovative talents in the era to achieve socialist modernization and the task of national rejuvenation.Strengthening the leadership training of college student cadres is an important part of strengthening the construction of college student cadres.However,there are problems in the following aspects: the political power of student cadres needs to be strengthened,the decision-making power needs to be strengthened,the executive power needs to be improved,and the development power needs to be cultivated.Therefore,through investigation and analysis,a relatively standardized theoretical model has been constructed,and some suggestions have been put forward for the selection,training and assessment of college student cadres.It can not only cultivate a group of excellent student cadres with all-round development,promote the efficient and orderly development of school student work,but also cultivate more excellent socialist builders and reliable successors for the country,To provide intellectual support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In this study,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,Delphi method and other research methods are comprehensively used.Through the development of the questionnaire on leadership vocabulary of college student cadres,the questionnaire survey is conducted,and the frequency of the leadership vocabulary obtained is statistically analyzed,and the method of expert group discussion is used to screen.The remaining leadership vocabulary is compiled into a questionnaire,assessed,and used SPSS The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are carried out on the investigated data to construct the leadership model of college student cadres.The results show that the leadership model of college student cadres consists of five dimensions:ideological and political literacy,personality characteristics,ability to perform duties,knowledge literacy,and psychological quality.Based on the model,a leadership evaluation questionnaire for college student cadres was developed to form the Leadership Evaluation Scale for College Student Cadres.Through empirical research,the leadership level of college student cadres was investigated,and the validity of the model was verified again with this data.Based on the leadership model of college student cadres,and according to the current leadership level of college student cadres,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the leadership of student cadres from the national,school and personal levels,and puts forward targeted suggestions on the selection,training and assessment of college student cadres using the model.It is hoped that the research of this paper will expand a new horizon and provide reference for the current training of student cadres in colleges and universities.
