Home-school co-management is the education affairs of families and schools around students,whose process of planning,organization,leadership,decision-making,incentives,communication,and evaluation conducted in a given environment is essentially an educational activity.The theoretical basis of home-school co-management includes the three-factor pedagogy theory of individual development,theory of Overlapping Spheres of influence,the theory of the unity of management power and responsibility,etc.The content of home-school co-management includes the students’ life management,learning management,safety management and many other aspects,while the mechanism of home-school co-management is reflected in good home-school communication,perfect rules and regulations,sound organization and other aspects.At present,there are still many practical problems in common high school home-management,which are: First,parents’ participating in the home-school co-management efficiency is low;Second,the institution is imperfect;Next,home-school co-management communication channel is single;Last,home-school co-management content covers one-sided and narrow.The main reasons behind the problems include:home-school co-management understanding has a deviation;School leadership organization is not strong enough;lack of home-school co-management policies and regulations;lastly,family capital has a greater impact.In view of the problems existing in ordinary high school co-management,we need to explore effective improvement strategies,such as improving the organization and improving the family guidance ability.
