| In 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the overall plan for deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era,which is a programmatic document to guide the reform of educational evaluation in the new era.A new round of educational evaluation reform has been carried out in an all-round way,and the comprehensive quality evaluation has become an important theme of the reform.The innovation of the comprehensive quality evaluation model in the lower grades of primary school has attracted much attention.The evaluation of comprehensive quality is essentially a kind of value judgment.The evaluation of comprehensive quality of students in lower grades of primary school should explore an effective evaluation model.From the current situation,the comprehensive quality evaluation model of lower grade primary school students in China,such as the comprehensive quality evaluation manual of primary school students,the growth record bag of primary school students and the good habit storage bank,has certain limitations in terms of concept,method,effect and guarantee,which also means that the innovation of evaluation model must be carried out.The first mock exam of comprehensive quality of primary school students is a comprehensive quality evaluation model of primary school students in lower grades.This model can be analyzed and described from these aspects:(1)the theme of the model is situation and integration.(2)The goal of the model is to promote the continuous growth of students,the improvement of teachers’ comprehensive quality,the improvement of teaching effect,and the promotion of teaching innovation.(3)The theoretical basis of the model is:Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development,multiple intelligences theory,developmental evaluation theory and so on.(4)The elements of the model include:Ideological and moral character,academic level,physical and mental health,artistic literacy and social practice.(5)The action structure of the model is to determine the evaluation items,train the evaluation subjects,assign the evaluation students,arrange the garden visiting venues,test knowledge and skills,evaluate and feedback,etc.(6)The guarantee of the mode involves system guarantee and personnel guarantee.X school has implemented the garden like evaluation of the comprehensive quality of the lower grades of primary school.Its effect is reflected in providing more learning opportunities for primary school students,improving their learning ability,fully developing and utilizing learning resources,integrating students’ fragmented time,and promoting the development of primary school classroom teaching.Of course,the garden style evaluation of the comprehensive quality of the lower grades of primary school can also provide various enlightenment and reference in the concept,content,method,result application and so on. |
