Shaolin Kung Fu is an outstanding representative of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Under the background of the construction of a powerful sports and cultural country,Shaolin Kung Fu,as the common wealth of the Chinese nation,has been endowed with a new value of The Times.As a cultural collection that best reflects the spiritual outlook of the Chinese nation and the spirit of The Times,Shaolin Kung Fu bears the important mission of improving the country’s cultural soft power and establishing a good national image,and undertakes the mission of The Times to "go out" the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Promoting international dissemination of Shaolin Kung Fu aims to show the world the important content of excellent traditional Chinese culture,which helps to enhance cultural confidence and cultural consciousness.Communication effect is the last and key link in international communication.What problems exist or what results a thing achieves in the process of communication can be reflected in the effect of communication.Shaolin Kung Fu is arguably one of the most successful international dissemination cases.The dissemination effect of Shaolin Kung Fu is the concrete embodiment of measuring the results of Shaolin Kung Fu "going out".The construction of the international communication effect system of Shaolin Kung Fu aims to investigate the international communication status of Shaolin Kung Fu in a more standardized and systematic way.However,there are few scholars involved in this work at present,and the pace of Shaolin Kung Fu going out is in urgent need of a more scientific evaluation system.Based on the "micro theory" of communication effect and the three-level theory of cultural structure,this study comprehensively uses the literature method,Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation system of Shaolin Kung Fu’s international communication effect on the basis of the comprehensive status quo of Shaolin Kung Fu’s international communication.In addition,three overseas Shaolin cultural centers,namely Shaolin Cultural Center in Australia,Shaolin Cultural Center in Austria and Shaolin Cultivation Cultural Center in Indonesia,are selected for empirical evaluation of the international communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu.Finally,corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed for the practical problems of international communication of Shaolin Kung Fu,so as to provide realistic basis and reference for international communication of Shaolin Kung Fu.So as to promote the realization of Shaolin Kung Fu "go out" strategic goal.According to the study:(1)The international communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu is essentially the impact of Shaolin Kung Fu on the communication audience in three aspects: cognition,attitude and behavior.Starting from the "micro theory" of communication effect and the three-level theory of cultural structure,the communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu is endowed with a clear directivity.At the beginning,the evaluation system of international communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu is designed.The Delphi and weighted average method is adopted to complete the screening and confirmation of evaluation indexes through two rounds of expert consultation,and the weight of each evaluation index is confirmed.Finally,a Shaolin Kung Fu international communication effect evaluation system consisting of 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 35 third-level indicators was formed.From the perspective of communication audience,the evaluation system makes an in-depth study of the impact of Shaolin Kung Fu on communication audience in three aspects,namely cognition,attitude and behavior,so as to realize the measurement of the international communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu.(2)By using the international communication effect evaluation system of Shaolin Kung Fu to evaluate the communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu in Australia,Austria and Indonesia through the formulation,distribution and collection of questionnaires and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results were 3.5168(good level),3.6948(good level)and 3.1374(average level).Among them,the scores of "Shaolin Kung Fu behavioral power" of the three are generally low.Because "cognitive-attractive-behavioral power" is a deepening and expanding change process,the Shaolin Kung fu behavioral power level is the deepest influence,and it is also an important evaluation index of Shaolin Kung Fu from "going out" to "going in",so the evaluation results of this index are low.Conforms to the international dissemination trend of Shaolin Kung Fu。The three "Shaolin Kung Fu attraction" score is generally high,the study thinks that the three "Shaolin Kung Fu attraction" score is generally high,indicating that the communication audience of Shaolin Kung Fu high degree of love,deeply attracted by its cultural charm,also represents the Shaolin Kung Fu gradually into the hearts of the communication audience.To sum up,the results are consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the evaluation system of international communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu has certain application value.(3)Through the evaluation of the international communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu in Australia,Austria Shaolin Cultural Center and Indonesia Shaolin Cultural Training Center,according to the research results,it is believed that to promote the international communication of Shaolin Kung Fu and improve the communication effect,it is necessary to grasp the requirements of The Times of international communication of Shaolin Kung Fu,that is,always do not forget the original,absorb foreign countries and face the future;It is more important to clarify the international communication of Shaolin Kung Fu to undertake the important task of Shaolin Kung Fu,that is,to use the international communication of Shaolin Kung Fu,show the charm of Chinese excellent culture,show the soft power of Chinese culture to the world,and establish a good image of China in front of the world.In addition,based on the research results,it is proposed to optimize the international communication path of Shaolin Kung Fu: 1)at the main level of communication: cultivate an excellent team of communicators,which is an important premise to ensure the international communication effect of Shaolin Kung Fu.Compound Shaolin Kung Fu communicators can provide guarantee for the efficient realization of the strategic goal of "going out" of Shaolin Kung Fu;2)Communication content:implement targeted communication to meet the needs of the audience,and pay attention to the cultural connotation of Shaolin Kung Fu in the communication process;3)The level of communication audience:fully understand the audience and try to approach the audience.Shaolin Kung Fu international communication audience is characterized by complexity.In the process of communication,the audience should be subdivided to understand the actual needs of the communication audience and meet the interests and needs of different communication audiences with different communication content;4)At the level of communication channels: adopt "diversified" communication channels to enhance the coverage of communication.First,it pays attention to the innovation of Shaolin Kung Fu films and television works,and repeatedly recommends the existing Shaolin Kung Fu related films and television works to the communication audience.Second,we should create more international high-quality competitions to provide a platform for communication and interaction.
