Research On The Discipline Construction Of Industry-specific Universities From The Perspective Of "double First-class"

"Double first-class"is an important measure,which the current Chinese higher education pursues the intension type development,trains the innovative talented person,builds the world first-class university,constructs the higher education power.And it is a major project that the government and universities to promote jointly.As an important part of Chinese higher education system,industry characteristics universities have outstanding disciplines and links with the industry closely.It has the strength to impact world-class universities and first-class disciplines.Under the circumstance of "double first-class" construction,how to carry out discipline construction and play a significant role in the advantages of disciplines is a subject that must be paid attention to China's first-class disciplines construction.This paper studies the discipline construction of industry characteristic universities from the perspective of "double first-class",which based on the strategic development theory of colleges and the theory of industry characteristics universities.Firstly,this paper explores the research status of "double first-class" construction,industry characteristic university and discipline construction through literature analysis.It also analyzes in detail the reasons,contents and key issues of the "double first-class" construction.Secondly,based on the history and current situation of discipline construction in industry characteristic universities,SWOT Analysis is adopted to summarize the strategic environment of discipline construction in universities with industry characteristics.In the perspective of "double first-class",it studies the connotation of the discipline construction orientation of industry characteristic university.And take the industry characteristics of ten universities selected as "double first-class" list as an example to analyze the status quo of their discipline construction,and scientifically position the discipline construction of industry characteristic university.Finally,through the above research content,it is proposed that the strategy of discipline construction in industry characteristics.That is to scientifically position the discipline construction of industry characteristics;strengthen the relationship with the industry,promote the construction of the disciplinary platform;strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;improve the higher education system,expand the autonomy of running schools.
