| Under the guidance and requirements of the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition,2020 Revision)",it is more and more important to cultivate students’ geographic core literacy.The concept of human-earth coordination is one of the four core geographic literacy.As a core value concept,the main purpose is to allow us to correctly understand the relationship between human and earth,and to understand that the most important thing to achieve sustainable development is human-earth coordination.Therefore,in the daily geography teaching,teachers should pay special attention to cultivating students’ literacy of human-earth coordination.Thematic teaching refers to a teaching mode that focuses on a specific theme,through creating situations,setting up inquiry activities,taking the theme as the clue of the whole class,and giving full play to the students’ subjectivity to carry out inquiry activities.The thematic teaching emphasizes students’ independent inquiry,the construction of students’ thinking,and the cultivation of good spiritual quality,which can be used as a teaching method to cultivate the concept of human-earth coordination.Through the human-earth relationship as the main line to design teaching,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating the concept of human-earth coordination.The research idea of this paper is as follows: firstly,through the analysis of the related literatures on the thematic teaching and the human-earth coordination concept,the concepts of the two are clarified;The components of the concept are divided horizontally to provide a basis for the follow-up design of the thematic teaching practice to cultivate students’ view of human-earth coordination;thirdly,through the questionnaire survey method and classroom observation method,the current situation of the current high school geography classroom using thematic teaching to cultivate the concept of human-earth coordination is investigated,analyze and find some problems at present;fourthly,according to the results of the current investigation and the characteristics of the thematic teaching and the cultivation of the human-earth coordination concept,put forward the strategy of using the thematic teaching to cultivate students’ human-earth coordination concept;“The relationship between landforms and human activities” is a case of the thematic teaching practice of the cultivation of the concept of human-earth coordination,and the teaching effect evaluation test is carried out after practice.Through the above research,it is found that there are some problems in the current use of thematic teaching in cultivating the concept of human-earth coordination,and the development of thematic teaching is not standardized.In response to the problems,this paper proposes strategies to cultivate students’ view of human-earth coordination by using thematic teaching,such as thematic teaching principles: take students’ development as the main goal,take core literacy as the guiding ideology,take curriculum standards as the main basis,and take students’ learning situation as teaching basic;the thematic teaching implementation strategies are: condense the theme according to the curriculum standard,build the main line of human-earth relationship;create a situation based on the learning situation,improve the awareness of human-earth relationship;design advanced inquiry problems,strengthen the concept of human-earth coordination;guide students to model thinking,internal human-earth coordination concept;organize extended learning,use human-earth coordination concept;pay attention to teaching evaluation feedback,and formulate teaching evaluation standards.The research of this paper is a new attempt to cultivate the concept of human-earth coordination from the perspective of teaching,and the use of the thematic teaching to penetrate the training teaching case of the human-earth coordination concept provides a reference for front-line geography teachers,which is beneficial to the human-earth coordination concept implementation and development. |
