Study On Case Service Process Of Marginal Families Of Urban Subsistence Allowance

With the continuous development of social economy,more and more attention has been paid to people’s livelihood issues,and the government’s investment has been increasing.However,the current focus of living security is mainly on the improvement of the minimum living security system in urban and rural areas,and there are few studies on the marginal families under the minimum living security.Due to some force majeure factors,marginal families on the subsistence allowance cannot enjoy the government dividend,while living in difficulties are isolated outside the red line of the subsistence allowance.As for the multiple realistic difficulties faced by marginal families applying for subsistence allowance,all sectors of society should pay close attention to this.However,the reality is that there is little attention paid to marginal families,and the research theory is not systematic.Through the study of this special "sandwich layer" group,the aim is to increase the understanding of marginal families of urban subsistence allowance and the current relief policy theory,to help poor families out of difficulties from the perspective of social workers,and to put forward feasible suggestions for the improvement of this system.Research on the problem of assistance for marginal households in urban subsistence allowances will help to accurately grasp the crux of social assistance in this field,so as to propose corresponding solutions,which can effectively help the service targets of urban subsistence marginal households to solve their difficulties and ensure that urban subsistence allowances are marginalized.Protect the basic life of marginal families.Through questionnaire and interview method,we understand the current situation of21 marginal families of subsistence allowance in L community of Nanjing,and analyze and sort out the causes of poverty from the psychological,economic and internal structural changes faced by marginal families of subsistence allowance.A representative marginal family on subsistence allowance was selected as the entry point,and the whole process of serving marginal families on subsistence allowance was recorded in the order of receiving,estimating,planning,implementing,evaluating and closing the case.Services are provided at both micro and macro levels.At the micro level,it mainly starts from the perspective of social workers,and gives full play to the case skills of social work to intervene in the specific problems encountered by the service objects’ families and the service objects,so as to help the service objects enhance their sense of self-identity and improve their family life.To explore the intervention skills of related case work in marginal families on subsistence allowances,and to analyze and summarize the plight of marginal families on subsistence allowances by using professional methods of social work,so as to improve the work efficiency of social work agencies and social work groups in intervening families in similar plight.At the macro level,the government,community public organizations,community intervention,community and community resources are linked to play a role together,and precise force is exerted in the fields of public services such as education and medical care.At the same time,in the process of intervention,the advantages and potential of the service object are found,the confidence of the service object is stimulated,the resistance of the service object is improved,the subjective initiative of the service object is stimulated,and the service object is fundamentally helped to break out of the life dilemma.On the basis of the intervention effect,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
