On The Employment Of Graduates From Independent Colleges

The independent college was born in 1999.It came into being under the background of the popularization of higher education in my country.In August 2003,the Ministry of Education issued the first document for independent colleges.Several Opinions on the Management of Independent Colleges on a Trial Model," became the basis of the legal system of independent colleges.The emergence of independent colleges has accelerated the development of my country’s overall higher education system and satisfied the people’s desire and demand for higher education resources.In recent years,as independent colleges have gradually improved and their number has gradually increased,they have occupied an important position in the higher education system.At the same time,with the rapid increase in the number of college graduates and the adjustment of the market economy structure,the employment of graduates has become one of the people’s livelihood issues that the country focuses on,and the employment of independent college graduates has attracted the attention and discussion of many scholars..Regarding the employment difficulties of independent college graduates,the author has launched an analysis and research on this issue.This article focuses on the employment of independent college graduates,taking NKBH college as the main case study,using questionnaire surveys,comprehensive analysis and other methods.Conducted targeted surveys on about 400 target subjects.Through a comprehensive analysis of effective survey data samples,we have a deep understanding of the employment situation of NKBH college graduates,looking for possible problems in the current employment process of independent colleges,and innovatively combining current practices.Units,colleges,students,parents,families and other dimensions put forward corresponding countermeasures,hoping that this can alleviate the employment pressure problem faced by NKBH college,so as to promote the sustainable development of the college in the future,and hope to be able to respond to other related independent colleges.Provide reference and help for the design of employment guidance policy.
