Practical teaching is an important engine for universities to cultivate senior specialized talents with practical ability and innovative spirit.It is of great benefit to strengthen the interaction between disciplines,talents,scientific research and industry in universities,and build a deep integration of application and transformation mechanism of achievements.With the advance of the first-class construction universities,improving the contribution rate of industrial transformation and upgrading,catalyzing industrial technological change and accelerating innovation drive have attracted the attention of universities in the first-class construction universities,and the current situation of the operation mechanism of undergraduate practice teaching in the first-class construction universities is worth studying.This study analysis framework,based on the theory of the organizational change from the task level,technology level,structure level,personnel level,we aims to know about the current situation Undergraduate Practice Teaching Operation Mechanism of First-class Construction Universities in China through the research of official websites for the 42 first-class construction universities,Academic Affairs Office,News,the Ministry of Education.And the announced practice teaching rules and regulations,the latest year undergraduate teaching quality report,The 13 th Five-Year Development Plan,Annual Work Highlights,the plan of the first-class construction universities,Practice teaching management agency and statistics are also included.We found that there are some problems:At the task level,the orientation of practical teaching is fuzzy,and the strategic planning of practical teaching is short-sighted.At the technical level,there is a big gap between universities in the investment of practical teaching funds,and the operational mechanism of practical teaching bases is not perfect.At the structural level,the management structure is not reasonable,and the policies are fragmented.At the personnel level,the number of teachers and administrative staff still needs to be increased,and the power boundary of enterprises’ participation in practical teaching is not clear.It is found that these problems are mainly caused by the insufficient top-level design of the government,the insufficient attention of universities and the insufficient driving force of enterprises.To optimize undergraduate practice teaching operation mechanism of first-class construction universities,we need to follow the principle of synergy,intersubjectivity and systematicness.At the task level,the government should play the role of meta governance,establish characteristic target management system and make the transition to "axis flip" capability-based view to carry out strategic management;At the technical level,we should improve the investment and guarantee mechanism of teaching funds and optimize the operation mechanism of practice teaching base to promote the technological improvement.At the structural level,we should establish a symbiotic organizational model and do a good job of "replacing regulations with abolition" to promote structural optimization.At the personnel level,teachers should be empowered to shape the practice teaching management team and activate the external motivation of enterprises to strengthen the team construction.
