| "Food is the first necessity of the people,food safety put first".In recent years,food safety has attracted more and more attention from the country and the whole society,especially the occurrence of food safety incidents such as "toxic milk powder" and "gutter oil",which exposed the problem of inadequate food safety supervision.With a large number of students in colleges and universities,their food safety is not only related to the healthy growth of college students,but also related to the safety and stability of the campus and the society.At present,the college canteen food safety supervision has not formed a unified standard system in Xinjiang,mainly in the stage of colleges and universities acting in their own ways and different supervision subjects.It is very important and urgent to establish a set of guiding significance and practicable of food safety supervision system in Xinjiang colleges and universities to maintain the campus order and ensure the food safety of teachers and students in Xinjiang colleges and universities.This paper takes Public Benefit Theory,Principal-Agent Theory,Supervisory Control Theory,and Synergetic Governance Theory as the foundation,on the basis of understanding the research status of relevant fields at home and abroad,taking Xinjiang N University as the research object,literature research and questionnaire survey were mainly used,a total of 420 questionnaires were distributed and 360 questionnaires were recovered,the effective rate is85.7%.According to the study,there are some problems in the supervision of food safety in college canteens of N University,such as the lack of food safety risk monitoring and evaluation,the lack of government supervision,and the weak sense of participation of teachers and students.The reasons lie in the backward means and methods of food safety supervision,the lack of incentive mechanism in the supervision system,and the failure of organic and unified joint supervision between the government and schools.In view of the above problems,combined with the reality of N University,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions such as using the Internet to innovate food safety supervision methods,improving the restaurant safety supervision reward mechanism and establishing food safety management system from the three levels of government,universities and teachers and students,in order to improve the food safety supervision effect of N university canteens,create a "food safety campus". |
