Research On Food Safety Supervision In School Canteen

The report of the 20th Party Congress proposes to strengthen the supervision of food and drug safety.President Xi Jinping pointing out that food safety is a top priority for the people’s livelihood,and that strengthening food safety is a matter of health and life safety for more than 1.3 billion people in China,and needs to be tightened up.School canteens are the main means for students to eat,and food safety in school canteens is a systematic project,and governments at all levels and their supervisory departments have done a lot to ensure the language safety of students.However,school canteen food safety accidents still occur occasionally,threatening the healthy growth and life safety of students and affecting the harmony and stability of families,campuses and society.Through questionnaires,field interviews,case studies and other research methods,120 questionnaires were distributed to law enforcement officers of government regulatory departments,10200 electronic questionnaires were distributed to students and their parents,30 law enforcement supervisors were interviewed,and an in-depth investigation of food safety in 280 school canteens in District H was conducted.A systematic analysis and consideration of issues related to food safety supervision in school canteens in District H was conducted to explore paths and methods for optimizing and improving food safety supervision in school canteens.This paper systematically reviews the current situation of food safety supervision in school canteens in District H,the subjects and objects of food safety supervision in school canteens,the common methods of supervision,the government’s supervisory capacity,and some of the results that have been achieved in the current school canteen food safety work in District H.In-depth analysis of the problems that exist in the process of school canteen food safety supervision,such as the lack of power in school canteen food safety supervision,insufficient participation of all parties,insufficient use of advanced technology,and internal supervision problems of catering enterprises.For the performance of the problem,in-depth analysis and discussion of the causes of the problem,mainly law enforcement and supervision team security is not enough,institutional reform after the institutional mechanism is still not smooth,school canteen food safety supervision funds are not enough to protect,supervisory technology is not enough to use,school canteen catering enterprises focus on economic light public welfare.Finally,suggestions are made to improve the food safety supervision of school canteens,flexibly apply the theory of collaborative governance,guide school canteens to establish HACCP systems,improve the government’s regulatory capacity,improve the level of intelligent supervision,strengthen the management of school canteen operations,encourage all kinds of subjects to participate in shared governance,improve the level of food safety supervision of school canteens in all aspects and from many angles,and provide an effective reference for the food safety supervision of school canteens in other regions.
