Since ancient times,countless people with lofty ideals have made indelible contributions to the defense of the country.Today,we should inherit their valuable spirit,patriotism and love the family.We know that teenagers are the future of the motherland,and patriotic education for teenagers is an important part of cultivating young people with patriotic spirit.Nowadays,the country is paying more and more attention to the training of teenagers.As the reserve force of history teachers,we have the obligation to teach the relevant content in the textbook,and we should also quote the classics to teach the history closer to the students.Students’ understanding of local history is deepened,and students’ patriotism arises spontaneously.If the youth is strong,the country will be strong.The heavy responsibility of building a modern socialist power rests with the youth.In the history discipline,there are five core qualities: historical materialism,concept of time and space,historical evidence,historical interpretation,and feelings of family and country.The feelings of family and country are the core of history teaching,and also the ultimate goal of history teaching.Only by establishing a correct concept of feelings of family and country,can teenagers with heavy responsibilities fulfill their expectations.There are various forms of history learning,and the way to cultivate the feelings of family and country should also introduce the old and bring forth the new.The integration of local history and local party history into classroom teaching can shorten the distance between students and history,and thus enhance the feelings of family and country.Local history,as the name implies,refers to the history of hometown or hometown.The local party history refers to a part of the party history of the CPC.The local party history has its own characteristics and constitutes a colorful historical picture of the CPC.Ulanhot is the founding place of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,with rich red cultural resources.Local history and local party history provide a favorable position for history teaching and the cultivation of national feelings.This paper describes the reasons for choosing the topic,the feelings of family and the relevant research on the red cultural resources in Ulanhot,and gives its own research ideas and methods,classifies and introduces the red cultural resources in Ulanhot,gives the methods of using the red cultural resources in Ulanhot in history teaching,and designs the classroom teaching plan and extracurricular practice activities.Classroom teaching takes the contents of the first volume of the "Outline of Chinese and Foreign History" as an example,organically combines the contents of the history course with ideological and political education,and extracurricular practical activities take the visit to the "May Day Conference Site" as an example for activity planning.The teaching of local history and local party history is of great significance to the ideological and political education of the history discipline.Students should not only learn scientific and cultural knowledge,but also love their motherland and have a high sense of responsibility and mission,so that they can shoulder the mission of a generation.
