| "The convening of the 20th National Congress has accelerated the great new journey of building a strong sports nation.The connection between universities as an important base for training physical education teachers and the demand for local secondary school physical education teachers is largely related to the development of school physical education.Aiming at the problems of difficulty in applying theoretical knowledge,difficulty in starting teaching practice and career anxiety of new physical education teachers,this paper adopts the research methods of documentary method and questionnaire survey to investigate the new physical education teachers in Jinan City and get 122 valid questionnaires;descriptive statistics,correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted by SPSS23.0 to understand the new physical education teachers in Jinan City physical education The structural equation model was constructed using AMOS26.0 and the path coefficients of the multidimensional variables were corrected to investigate the correlation between the professional competence goals and the professional adaptation of new physical education teachers in Jinan.The following results were obtained:⑴ In the descriptive statistical analysis,the scores of the questions of the three dimensions of professional competence goals of physical education and the three dimensions of professional adaptation were in the middle to upper level,and the scores were: moral quality goals > educational teaching ability goals > subject theoretical knowledge goals,and professional cognitive adaptation > professional competence adaptation > professional psychological adaptation.⑵ There were significant positive correlations between the professional competence goal and the subject matter theoretical knowledge goal,the educational and teaching competence goal,the moral quality goal and the three dimensions of the new physical education teachers,and the moral quality goal had the greatest influence;there were significant positive correlations between their professional adaptation and professional cognitive adaptation,professional competence adaptation,professional psychological adaptation and the three dimensions,and the professional cognitive adaptation had the greatest influence;the three dimensions of the professional competence goal had the greatest influence on their professional adaptation.The three dimensions of professional competence have a highly significant difference and positive predictive effect on their vocational adaptation,which verifies the validity of hypothesis one,hypothesis two and hypothesis three.⑶ All the indicators of model fit reached the ideal state after seven times of improvement,and the fit coefficients of subject theoretical knowledge,educational teaching ability and moral quality objectives and the career adaptation path of new physical education teachers were 0.096,0.536 and 0.170,respectively,which showed a strong positive correlation.⑷ There are some deviations between the training objectives of physical education majors in colleges and universities and the reality of implementation,poor participation of students and practical ability of art subjects,and a certain disconnection between education and teaching ability and the reality;new physical education teachers have problems such as slow role transition,high professional expectations,poor professional quality,insufficient enthusiasm in education and teaching,and insufficient attention to education and teaching practice in their schools.The problems include It is proposed that the training objectives should be further strengthened precisely,and the curriculum should be optimized;the cooperation between internal and external apprenticeship,research and(small)internship should be strengthened,and the platform for scientific research and innovation should be built;the teacher training should be strengthened,and the teacher allocation should be improved,and other optimization strategies should be proposed. |
