Research On The Cultivation Of Professional Core Competence Of Business Administration Professionals In Higher Vocational College

Vocational key skill is the general ability(except for professional ability)applicable to every industry.Greatly cultivating and enhancing key professional ability of business management students in higher vocational school is the general trend,which has important significance for society,school and individual.This topic mainly uses survey and research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method etc,it has made plenty of summary and analysis on research state and research outcome of vocational key skill both in China and abroad.In addition,it learns the useful experience of scholars both in China and abroad,uses principles of combining with theory and practice to make questionnaire survey on some higher vocational schools and enterprises in Pearl River Delta regions in Guangdong.From the survey result,it discusses channels on cultivation of vocational key skill in higher vocational school,provides feasible countermeasures on cultivation education and research on vocational key skill of business management students in higher vocational school,in addition,it makes certain exploration on evaluation mechanism on vocational key skills in higher vocational school.This paper firstly introduces topic background,research aim and meaning,and then it is research method.Then,The second chapter makes introduction and commentary on research state of scholars both in China and abroad,and then it defines relations between vocational key skill and vocational ability,relevant theory base includes target theory,3 education target theory of Blum and vocational education theory of competence-based.The third chapter introduces survey plan,through questionnaire survey and analysis on some teachers,student of some higher vocational schools and high-level leaders of relevant recruitment enterprises in Pearl River Delta regions of Guangdong,it analyzes state of vocational key skills cultivation,makes research and analysis on vocational key skill cultivation of students in higher vocational school,summarizes its shortages and causes.The fourth chapter explores evaluation mechanism and cultivation countermeasure on vocational key skill of business management students in higher vocational school.At last,chapter is conclusion and prospect,it combines with paper to make analysis,and innovations of this paper and gets research conclusion and prospect.
