| Morality and rule of law course in junior middle school is the main way to carry out moral education for junior middle school students.As a bridge between curriculum and students,teachers of morality and rule of law course have a direct impact on the effect of moral education.Through the review of relevant literature,it can be found that previous studies on ethics and rule of law teachers’ professional literacy mostly focus on excellent teachers and teachers who have been working for many years,while there are few studies on new teachers.We should pay attention to the rates,which have grown up in the wave of a new era under the influence after graduate,is as a fresh blood into the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law of teaching and reform,their professionalism is not just about the overall quality of teachers and its role in this discipline,more about each of the students in the survival and development of society,and even the future of the country and people.Based on the background of the new era,this paper studies the professional quality of the new teachers of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is an overview of the professional quality of new teachers in the moral and legal course of junior middle school in the new era.This part defines the concepts of "newly recruited teachers" and "teachers’ professional quality",and discusses in detail the "six requirements" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping for teachers of ideological and political theory in the new era based on the actual teaching situation.Centering on the professional development stage of the new middle school ethics and rule of law teachers and the "six requirements",this paper puts forward the internal structure of the professional quality of the new middle school ethics and rule of law teachers in the new era.The second part is about the problems existing in the professional quality of new teachers in moral and rule of law course in junior middle school in the new era.This part summarizes the problems existing in the professional quality of the new teachers in the middle school moral and rule of law course in the new era by analyzing the investigation of the professional quality of the new teachers in the middle school moral and rule of law course in the new era.The third part is the reason why there are problems in the professional quality of new teachers in moral and rule of law course in junior middle school in the new era.In the new era,the professional quality of the new teachers in the moral and legal course of junior middle school is affected by both internal and external factors.This part discusses the reasons for the problems in the professional quality of the new teachers in the moral and legal course of junior middle school from the perspectives of the new teachers themselves,the school and the current social environment.The fourth part is the countermeasures to improve the professional quality of the new teachers of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.Practice is the purpose of cognition.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the existing problems in the professional quality of new teachers in the moral and rule of law course of junior middle school in the new era,this part puts forward specific countermeasures to guide the improvement of the professional quality of new teachers in the moral and rule of law course of junior middle school. |
