A series of new teaching models, represented by MOOCs,micro-courses and flipped classrooms, have gradually emerged. With the implementation of the "Internet+" strategy,a new wave of classroom reform has been set off across the country. In order to better improve students’ technical movements, theoretical knowledge and learning interest in college basketball courses,This paper selected 38 students majoring in physical education of Ningxia Normal University to carry out a 16-week experiment,in which the experimental group adopted the combination of MOOC and offline basketball teaching method, while the control group adopted the traditional offline basketball teaching method, thus proving that on the basis of the combination of MOOC and offline,It has an obvious influence on college students’ basketball learning, and uses a variety of research methods such as literature, questionnaire, interview and experiment. It mainly tests students’ basketball skills, basketball theories and interest in basketball learning, records the test data, and carries out sorting and analysis. The experimental results were as follows:(1)In terms of technical testing, the basic technology and comprehensive technology of the experimental group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P < 0.01),while the basic technology of the control group was not significant before and after the experiment(P > 0.05);(2)In terms of theoretical testing, the experimental group(P < 0.01)the difference between the control group and the control group was significant(P < 0.05);(3)In terms of interest in learning, the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment had a significant difference in the degree of exercise participation(P < 0.05),the experimental group had a significant difference in active interest in exercise(P < 0.01)before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in active interest in exercise(P > 0.05).Before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference in negative interest in sports(P > 0.05),the experimental group had a significant difference in attention to sports(P< 0.05),the control group had no significant difference in attention to sports(P >0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Through the comparative study of traditional offline teaching and offline basketball teaching combined with MOOC,it is found that the basic and comprehensive basketball skills of students in the experimental group have been improved, indicating that the combination of offline and MOOC basketball teaching can improve students’ grasp of basic skills and comprehensive technical movements.Traditional offline teaching also improves students’ mastery of comprehensive technical movements to a certain extent, but does not improve students’ basic skills, indicating that the basketball teaching method combined with offline +MOOC platform enables students to master technical movements more clearly and become more proficient in practical application.(2)Through the comparative study of traditional offline teaching and the basketball teaching combined with offline and MOOC,it is found that the basketball teaching method combined with offline, and MOOC plays a significant role in improving students’ grasp of theoretical knowledge, and traditional offline teaching also improves students’ grasp of theoretical knowledge to a certain extent. However,in comparison, the combination of offline and MOOC platform in basketball teaching enables students to master the theory in a more systematic and comprehensive way.(3)Through the comparative study of traditional offline teaching and the basketball teaching combined with offline MOOC,it is found that the basketball teaching combined with offline MOOC has significantly improved students’ interest in learning overall.Students are more active in learning, happier, and more able to form the habit of practicing basketball voluntarily.
