| This article through to hainan province "middle school volleyball traditional school sports teaching present situation investigation,discovered its shortage,put forward the proposal to help improve the quality of the teaching of volleyball traditional schools,improve the level of physical health of teenagers of hainan province,the development of volleyball traditional school sports teaching research field,enrich theory and method of middle school sports teaching,improve the volleyball traditional school teaching system to provide theoretical support.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics of 9 middle school to study the present status of the traditional school sports teaching volleyball,respectively from the school teachers,learning,facilities,teaching target,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching organization,teaching evaluation research.Among them,there were 1620 student questionnaires and 90 teachers.In the questionnaire survey,we also interviewed the sports leaders of 9 schools and obtained better sample data.The following conclusions are drawn from the comprehensive study:1.Hainan middle school volleyball traditional school is dominated by male sports teachers of the han nationality;Age and title structure is reasonable;The most special volleyball for teachers;Do not attach importance to publish papers;The weekly number of physical education teachers has not met the relevant requirements;However,the workload of teachers is large and the salary income is not satisfactory.The proportion of training and learning is very high,and the PE teachers can complete the teaching plan.2.In hainan,9 high school volleyball traditional schools have good physical education,but they are badly occupied.Before the students come to school,they have certain sports skills,like PE class,and the first place to participate in motivation is to improve their physique.But the teacher is not high and dissatisfied with the teacher’s evaluation of himself.3.There are 9 schools in hainan middle school volleyball traditional school,all of which are key middle schools.9 the school has built basketball,volleyball and badminton court,the basketball court is the majority;Three secondary schools have indoor venues;Half of PE teachers and students think that school sports equipment cannot meet the needs of physical education.4.The curriculum standards for physical education and health are well implemented,and the teaching objectives are selected.Most teachers’ teaching is the interest and hobby ofcultivating sports.Focus on emotional goals and ignore skill goals.5.9 traditional volleyball schools in hainan middle school are equipped with physical education materials,and the teaching materials are in good use.The content of sports practice is rich,the physical education class load is small;In bad weather,half of the students were assigned to study in the classroom.6.The teaching method is more traditional,the form of classroom organization is the class teaching system;Lack of individualized teaching,the evaluation content is relatively simple;The following recommendations are made based on the conclusions:1.Reasonable adjustment of teacher structure,reasonable arrangement of workload,establishment of communication platform;2.Self-improvement of teachers,in-depth students,teaching in accordance with their aptitude;3.Increase input and reasonable layout;4.The school changes its concept,strengthens the attention,strengthens the skill target;5.Actively develop curriculum resources and school-based courses to increase load;6.Adopt diversified teaching methods;7.Change the evaluation method;... |
