Special education teachers are the main force for promoting the development of special education in our country.Their professional development affects the quality of special education in our country.However,the current situation of special education teachers’ professional development is not optimistic,facing some serious challenges.Although the existing research on the problems,the influence factors and countermeasures of special education teachers professional development has been deeply explored,the lack of an analysis of the dynamic process of special education teachers professional development.Among them,special education backbone teachers as the backbone of the development of special education cause,few studies have conducted in-depth exploration of their professional development.Therefore,this study starts from the perspective of key events in the professional development of key teachers in special education,adopts the narrative research method in qualitative research,selects four key teachers in special education schools in Z City as research objects,and learns the key events experienced by key teachers in special education and the dynamic process of their professional development through interviews.Furthermore,the influence of key events on the professional development of key teachers in special education is analyzed,the characteristics of the professional development of key teachers in special education are deeply explored,and the mechanism of the professional development of key teachers in special education is dug out by using the theory of event system.Based on key events,this study conducted an in-depth study on the professional development of key teachers in special education,and found that the professional development of key teachers in special education presents the characteristics of autonomy,stage,difference,context,complexity and support.At the same time,using the event system theory,this study found the influence of the time attribute,space attribute and intensity attribute of key events on the professional development of key teachers in special education,and summarized the theoretical proposition of key teachers in special education to achieve professional development,and deeply revealed the mechanism of key teachers in special education to achieve professional development.On this basis,according to the final research results,this study puts forward some suggestions to promote the professional development of special education teachers,in order to promote the professional development of special education teachers and improve the quality of special education in our country. |
