| In the new era,under the educational background with the fundamental task of carrying out moral cultivation and cultivating people,higher requirements are put forward for the professional development of teachers.Teaching style,as a sign of the maturity of teacher professional development,is endowed with important research value.In recent years,the research on teaching style mainly focuses on the theoretical level,while the research on the practical level of teachers’ teaching style is less.Based on this,this study takes Teacher C in T Primary School as the research object,adopts the case study method,and collects first-hand information through interview,observation and physical collection.The collected data are collated and analyzed to explore the formation of teacher C’s teaching style and the influencing factors of the formation of his teaching style,so as to provide beneficial inspiration and reference for the formation of personalized teaching style for novice primary school Chinese teachers.It is found that Teacher C has formed a guiding teaching style under the combined effects of internal factors(sticking to the original intention,shaping personality,rich learning cultivation,diligent in practice and good at summarizing)and external factors(promoted by reform,accumulated by family,assisted by school and supported by others).Its style features of "fun of life","inspiration" and "osmotic method" guide students to "learn happily","learn well" and "learn well".The formation of teacher C’s guided teaching style goes through four stages: the stage of imitative teaching(1-3 years of teaching),the stage of independent teaching(3-6 years of teaching),the stage of creative teaching(6-18 years of teaching)and the stage of style teaching(18 years of teaching).Based on the exploration and analysis of the formation of teacher C’s teaching style,novice primary school Chinese teachers can form their own personalized teaching style from the following five aspects: first,to teach for joy,with love to educate people;Second,start with reading to improve literacy;Third,take thought as the foundation and dare to practice;Fourth,to expand the importance of innovation classroom;Fifth,to research assistant,pay attention to scientific research. |
