| It’s the 16 th years since China participated in the World Trade Organization,domestic enterprises in in these years enjoyed to share the dividends of economic globalization,at the same time also constantly to meet the challenge from overseas.Compared to the past,the operating environment of the enterprise is more complex and highly competitive.In this situation,the talent as the core competitiveness of the enterprise is increasingly valued by enterprises.The most important resource of the enterprise is people,and their most concern is the salary.Payment is the key factor to show one’s value and the most important motivation of the employee.A scientific and reasonable salary management system can not only be helpful on attracting employees and retaining talents,but also be helpful on motivating employees to give full play to develop advantages.Compensation management plays an irreplaceable role in enterprise human resource management in a unique way.The object of this article is the Zhengzhou branch of TH freight forwarder co.,LTD.,which was established in Zhengzhou in 2011,and has developed into a branch company.Headquartered in Shanghai,before 2013 its business mainly rely on the branch companies in the country’s main port cities such as Tianjin,Qingdao,Dalian and Xiamen,which all belong to TH Group.Signing contracts with shipping companies and airlines are the main way to offer products to the clients in Henan province.Due to the influence of geographical location and international economic crisis,the operating condition of Zhengzhou branch constantly went bad.By the end of 2012,Zhengzhou office was about to be closed.Almost half of the employees applied to leave.Until July 2013,by the starting of the trains that set out from Zhengzhou and arrive at Humburg,Zhengzhou branch got a turn for better.Till the end of 2014 Zhengzhou branch had already made a huge growth of profit.After three years of development,the company now has 54 employees.Based on the analysis of the problem TH freight forwarder co.,LTD.Zhengzhou branch has meet both in the past and current,we summarized that the company’s compensation system is the main cause of the problem and will become the biggest potential factors to cause the negative influence to the company’s future development.After deeply analyzing of the cause of the problem,with the company’s current situation as the background,through the system study,literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation,a scientific and reasonable and effective compensation system has been established.Its aim is to make the company’s salary system fits the company’s goals better,and motivate staff’s potential,eliminate the potential hazard,help the enterprises break through the bottleneck,enhance competitiveness and sustainable development ability,and make a better way to help the company to seize the opportunity of the Belt and Road initiative and make a rapid and healthy growth in the future. |
