| According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics,my country’s employed population reached 770 million in 2019.According to the number of flexible employees in my country mentioned by the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in 2020,there are about 200 million people in China,and it is estimated that flexible employees account for more than 25% of the employed population in our country.The participation of flexible employees in urban employee endowment insurance is related to the overall participation rate of the working population.This article takes flexible employment personnel in Qionglai City as the research object,with the help of my working experience,individual interview method,questionnaire survey method,and literature research method,I did a good survey.It has comprehensively sorted out the various problems of the current flexible employees participating in the urban employee endowment insurance,and analyzed the reasons for the problems from the aspects of policy supply,policy demand,and social environment ect.According to the current situation of flexible employment personnel.In accordance with the ideas of raising questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems,this paper uses scientific methods to find specific problems from a qualitative and quantitative perspective.On the basis of previous scholars’ research,this article further provides for flexible employment related policy supplies and flexibility.Employers themselves,the macro-urban employee endowment insurance participation environment and other aspects put forward relevant measures to solve the problem.With a view to improving the status quo of flexible employees participating in Basic endowment insurance for urban enterprise workers.At the same time,it is hoped that the research results will have certain reference value in the future policy formulation and reform process. |
