Research On Poverty Alleviation In Tibet From The Perspective Of The Party’s Strategy For Governing Tibet In The New Era

Tibet Autonomous Region is located in the southwest frontier of my country,with high altitude,low oxygen content,complex and diverse terrain,with an average altitude of over 4,000 meters.Previously,due to the geographical location,religious beliefs,inconvenient transportation,and low educational level,Tibet was deeply impoverished,and it was one of the 14 provincial contiguous destitute areas in my country.The success of Tibet’s poverty alleviation work has a significant impact on my country’s building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and also has an important impact on the harmony and stability of border areas.In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important strategic thought of "targeted poverty alleviation" for the first time,and in 2015 the battle against poverty was officially launched.In the same year,our party held the Sixth Tibet Work Symposium,and put forward various policies and measures for poverty alleviation.The Tibet Autonomous Region has closely followed the party’s lead,has promptly implemented the poverty alleviation work,and carried out the construction of major projects of "targeted poverty alleviation".The good news is that in 2019,all the current poverty-stricken people in the Tibet Autonomous Region will be lifted out of poverty,all poverty-stricken counties will be removed,and the number of people who have been registered and registered will be cleared,which will historically eliminate absolute poverty.In 2020,the 7th Tibet Work Symposium will be held,and a new"Ten Must" strategy for governing Tibet will be proposed.This article starts with the relevant theories of Marx and Engels,and deeply studies the important theories and expositions of our party’s previous leaders on the governance of Tibet.Tibet’s poverty alleviation under the guidance of the strategy.The article analyzes the formation process and connotation of the party’s strategy for governing Tibet in the new era,and analyzes the internal connection between the party’s strategy for governing Tibet in the new era and poverty alleviation in Tibet.On this basis,the thesis deeply explores the specific path for Tibet to win the tough battle of poverty alleviation under the guidance of the party’s strategy of governing Tibet in the new era,as well as specific measures to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.After the completion of poverty alleviation,in order to consolidate the achievements and maintain the peace and stability of the Tibet region,it is necessary to establish a sharing platform for poverty alleviation data,a poverty prevention monitoring and early warning assistance mechanism,a mechanism for supervision,inspection and assessment,and expand follow-up assistance for ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation,so as to ensure the protection of Tibet.The stability of poverty alleviation enables Tibet to be lifted out of poverty and real poverty.By discussing and studying the development of poverty alleviation in Tibet under the guidance of the strategy of governing Tibet,it can be seen that the poverty alleviation in Tibet demonstrates the "old Tibet spirit" and the "two-way spirit",guarantees the harmony and stability of the southwestern frontier areas,and contributes to the governance of the frontier areas.The work provides reference,enriches and develops the strategy of the Communist Party of China to govern Tibet,and also brings various inspirations for other regions and frontier work.
