Study On Land Transfer Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Ethnic Minority Farmers In Aksu Region,Xinjiang

Land as an important means of production,the land system has been the focus of our country over the years.The land system is constantly improved with the development and change of The Times.Through the centralized use of scattered land through land circulation,the transformation of agricultural production and operation mode,play the main role of new agricultural management,and realize the synchronous development of the four modernizations.Modern agriculture needs high-quality development,and requires the efficient use of land resources.Rural land system has become an increasingly important problem that needs to be solved in the economic and social development.The demand for rural land circulation arises along with the commercialization of rural land circulation and the full play of the land function.To realize economy of scale,more and more not to meet the needs of the current economy,farmland high standard construction is an important support for the development of agricultural quality,high standard construction of aksu land fragmentation,decentralization,social service organization,low agricultural cultural quality,realize rural revitalization,agricultural scale,modernization,mechanization,information development,land integration,fragmentation land circulation production and operation has urgent demand,land circulation benefit will be crucial to the development of rural economy.This paper obtained 302 qualified and valid sample data through the field survey,and studied the land transfer behavior and the influencing factors of ethnic minority farmers by selecting the probit model.This study draws the following conclusions: land circulation scale and narrow circulation level is low;farmers’ cognition of land circulation: different factors affecting land circulation policy,with positive influence on land circulation,including age,political status,cultural level,per capita arable land,agricultural income,farmers on land transfer law,issuance of land right registration certificate.The factors of negative influence of minority farmers on land transfer include gender,whether married,whether to participate in cooperatives,the understanding of land transfer risks,whether land transfer issues subsidies,and improve the land management relationship.It is of great practical significance to operate in moderate scale of agriculture and develop agricultural industrialization on large scale,accelerate the transfer process of land contract rights in Aksu,Xinjiang,make up for the shortage of rural economic and social development in ethnic minority areas,and improve the relationship between land management.We will rationalize agricultural land and promote large-scale production and operation,promote agricultural development,rural progress,and farmers’ prosperity,and promote social stability,sustainable economic and social development,and long-term peace and stability.
