In response to the global warming crisis,China,as a responsible power,has put forward the goal of striving to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by2060.Meanwhile,the conversion of old and new energy in Shandong Province has reached a decisive stage,and the coal industry is facing unprecedented pressure as a key emission reduction industry.This paper selects enterprises in the coal mine safety equipment manufacturing industry as the research object,and explores through case studies the feasible paths for the transformation and development of the coal upstream industry and supporting service industry in the context of carbon neutrality and the transformation of old and new dynamic energy.Combining the existing research results at home and abroad,summarising and sorting out the basic theories and countermeasure ideas of enterprise strategic transformation,and combining with the objective reality of promoting the new and old energy conversion project in Shandong Province,we conduct an in-depth investigation and research on the development status and established strategies of Y Mining Technology Company and comprehensively identify the problems.Company Y’s existing strategy is a centralized strategy.With the expansion of the company’s scale and changes in the external environment,this strategy no longer meets the needs of enterprise development,resulting in the emergence of problems such as "main business encounters" in the production,operation and internal management of the enterprise.Ceiling”,single product brings business risks,and grassroots workers lack awareness of strategy and culture.This paper focuses on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,recognizes the current macroeconomic environment and competitive environment of enterprise development,clarifies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of enterprise development through SWOT analysis,and on this basis,defines the enterprise growth and diversification strategies The combination of the strategic transformation path and the strategic goal of maintaining the dominant position of the main industry and moderate industrial diversification.Subsequently,this paper expounds the implementation measures and guarantees of the enterprise’s strategic transformation,and proposes feasible countermeasures for product diversification,the formation of an "e-commerce +" sales model,the shaping of an incentive corporate culture,and the construction of a deeply collaborative organizational structure.Risk,scientific management,epidemic prevention and control and other guarantee foundations,outline the blueprint and implementation path of the enterprise’s strategic transformation.
