| In the context of the rapid development of the Internet,the electronic information age based on big data has followed,which has greatly changed the operation mode of the market economy and promoted the diversified development of the profit model.As the industry becomes increasingly competitive,Company A has taken a new approach by combining social flow with e-commerce,bringing sharing economy and shopping into people’s lives,and occupying a place with its own unique livestreaming social e-commerce model.Since its establishment,the company has been adhering to the content-oriented,focusing on the needs of minority groups,with unique competitive advantages,and has achieved a successful transformation from a shopping guide information platform based on information sharing to a social e-commerce platform,and its profit model has also attracted much attention.At present,most of the academic research on the profit model starts from the whole industry,or focuses on the leading enterprises in the e-commerce industry,there are few researches on the whole process of a single enterprise.Based on the current situation,and the successful case of Company A,starting from the five elements of the profit model,a comprehensive analysis system is formed through vertical evaluation and horizontal comparison of the company’s financial indicators,and a comprehensive analysis is made on the profit model of social e-commerce of Company A.This thesis mainly adopts the case analysis method.Firstly,it explains the relevant concepts and application theories of profit model,and extracts the thoroughly studied theoretical results and academic viewpoints mentioned by scholars.Secondly,it introduces the general situation and development process of Company A,and combined with the actual situation of Company A,takes the five elements of the profit model as the research basis,analyzes the five profit elements of the income sources and core competitiveness of the core profit points of its target user group,summarizes the five characteristics of the profit model of Company A,and makes a vertical evaluation,horizontal comparison and in-depth analysis in combination with the financial indicators.Through the analysis,it is found that the profit model of company a needs to be improved.There are some problems,such as the lack of user increment ceiling,the poor quality of private brand goods and community content,the single profit source structure,the shortsightedness of relevant measures of enterprises in recent years,and the profit barrier is easy to be imitated.Therefore,this thesis also puts forward the following targeted suggestions for improvement: first,accurately locate the user groups and achieve fission.Second,improve the quality of goods and community content and enrich the variety of products.Third,promote the diversification of income sources.Fourth,form a differentiation strategy,try to tap the uniqueness of its live broadcast mode and enhance the competitiveness of the platform.Through the study of A company’s social profit model,this thesis explores the reasons for its breakthrough from the increasingly crowded social e-commerce track,and puts forward some suggestions for the further development of Company A.At the same time,it provides experience and reference for the development of other enterprises in the same industry. |
