Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Foreign Exchange Income Of Inbound Tourism In Jiangsu From The Perspective Of System Dynamic Simulation

Tourism is a comprehensive and emerging modern industry,which is highly related to other industries.It can improve Chinese industrial structure and drive the rapid development of other economic sectors.Inbound tourism is an important indicator to measure the degree of opening to the outside world and the level of regional tourism economic development.It can not only bring more foreign exchange income to the local area,but also effectively promote the development of local employment and related industries.It also plays an important role in improving international popularity and promoting regional economic development.The development of inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province is stable,and the foreign exchange income of inbound tourism is ahead of most provinces and cities in China.However,in 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19,Jiangsu’s inbound tourism suffered a significant impact,foreign exchange earnings of inbound tourism continued to decline.Under the influence of COVID-19,the development of Jiangsu’s inbound tourism is limited.Therefore,it is very important to find out the factors that affect the foreign exchange income of inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province,and to optimize and upgrade in a targeted manner.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research on the influencing factors of foreign exchange income of inbound tourism made by domestic and foreign scholars.Combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province,this paper selects the influencing factors of foreign exchange income of inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of inbound tourism development in Jiangsu Province from the aspects of inbound tourism development stage,inbound tourism source structure,inbound tourism foreign exchange income composition and scale.Then,using the system dynamics model,this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of foreign exchange income of inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province.Draw the causal feedback diagram of the influencing factors of foreign exchange income of inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province,and establish the corresponding system flow diagram to simulate the development of inbound tourism in the future.Finally,through the results of system dynamics analysis,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The results show that according to the simulation analysis of the system dynamics model,the influencing factors of inbound tourism foreign exchange income in Jiangsu Province in the future can be predicted.It is necessary to promote the development of the inbound tourism industry from the aspects of developing foreign trade,enhancing tourism supply,improving tourism environment,improving tourism management and ensuring tourism safety.In order to enhance the attractiveness of inbound tourism and increase the foreign exchange income of inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province.In addition,taking into account the impact of COVID-19 on inbound tourism,this paper adjusts the parameters to simulate the change of Jiangsu provincial government’s epidemic prevention and control policy and tourism support policy,the number of overseas tourists and foreign exchange earnings of inbound tourism.The results show that when the epidemic prevention and control policy is strengthened and the tourism policy is relaxed,it plays a positive role in promoting the increase of foreign exchange income of inbound tourism investment.Therefore,in the event of public health incidents,the government should strengthen the prevention and control efforts and give policy support to inbound tourism.
