| With the popularity of the Internet and mobile Internet,people are more and more used to shopping online,and e-commerce is booming.E-commerce warehousing,as the background supporting the development of e-commerce,has attracted more and more attention.The operation efficiency and cost of e-commerce warehousing have become the core competitiveness of e-commerce enterprises.However,at present,the development of domestic e-commerce warehousing is uneven,the management level varies greatly,and a relatively mature e-commerce warehousing management standard has not been formed.As a third-party logistics service provider,the operation efficiency and cost control of e-commerce warehousing are very important to company D.This thesis takes D company’s e-commerce warehouse as the research object.Firstly,starting from reality,this thesis analyzes the whole process of D company’s e-commerce warehouse operation,and finds out that there is room for optimization in warehousing operation,location management,outbound operation and so on.Secondly,in view of the warehousing operation problems existing in the e-commerce warehousing of company D,it is proposed to redesign the warehousing process,advance the goods distribution link to the scanning acceptance,analyze the arrival data in advance to assist the goods distribution operation,and increase the telescopic roller line to reduce the labor intensity of unloading and improve efficiency.The optimized distribution efficiency can reach twice the original distribution efficiency.At the same time,the number of people can be saved by about 40%,and the time of distribution operation can be reduced to less than 5 hours.Then,in terms of location management,based on the ABC analysis of delivery frequency,which is the ABC analysis of the number of class a goods,the ABC analysis of inventory dimension,and the coincidence analysis of delivery quantity and inventory,the three-level ABC classification management scheme of inventory is proposed.At the same time,based on the en analysis of delivery order,EQ analysis of delivery order and IQ analysis of delivery order,the location optimization scheme of optimizing the storage of related goods and establishing the best-selling area,unpacking area and box picking area is proposed,The implementation of the optimization scheme has significantly improved the picking efficiency of e-commerce warehouse of company D,and the overall picking efficiency is 20.73% higher than that before optimization.Finally,for the problems of backward operation mode,high dependence on personnel and low operation efficiency in e-commerce warehousing and delivery operation of company D,intelligent sorting robot is introduced to realize automatic secondary sorting,improve the accuracy of secondary sorting,reduce labor intensity and reduce the use area of warehouse.For the weighing handover link in the outbound operation,the automatic weighing handover can be realized by purchasing DWS dynamic weighing equipment to replace the existing manual operation.After optimization,about 53900 yuan can be saved every month and 646800 yuan can be saved every year.The cost of equipment investment is expected to be recovered in less than one year.The optimization scheme proposed in this thesis for the e-commerce warehousing operation of company D has been gradually applied and achieved remarkable results.It is hoped that through the theoretical research and practical application of this thesis,it will provide more complete theoretical support and practical reference for the optimization of e-commerce warehousing operation of other companies in the future. |
