| With the rapid development of China’s economy,logistics enterprises are facing more complex development environment and more fierce market competition.Guizhou KL logistics group is a large state-owned logistics enterprise established after the merger of several traditional state-owned enterprises.Its business involves commodity trade,circulation of agricultural products,logistics,renewable resources,etc.Although the group has great advantages in industrial resources and infrastructure,it is also faced with problems such as the business of its subsidiaries is still independent after the merger,insufficient help to the group’s business,weak competitiveness of business model,unclear division of business segments of the group at this stage,deviation in the overall implementation strategy and so on.Therefore,through a comprehensive analysis of the current internal and external environment of the group,identify the strengths and opportunities,weaknesses and challenges faced by the group’s development,and put forward a scientific,reasonable and suitable strategy for the group’s development,which is of great significance to the high-quality development of Guizhou KL logistics group.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant strategic management theories,and then through the analysis of the development status of KL logistics group and combined with the expert interview method,it comes to the conclusion that the current strategy of KL Logistics Group has deficiencies and needs to be further improved.Based on this,this paper systematically summarizes the external environment of the group by using PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model,and obtains the evaluation matrix of the external factors of the group;By analyzing the internal resources and comprehensive ability of the group,the internal factor evaluation matrix is obtained.Then,using SWOT analysis method and SWOT four and a half dimensional plane coordinate model,this paper evaluates and selects the development strategy of the enterprise,and comes to the conclusion that the growth strategy(so strategy)is the optimal strategy of the enterprise.Finally,the QSPM matrix is used to analyze the three alternative strategies in the growth strategy,and it is determined that the optimal development strategy of the group is the SO1 strategy in the so strategy,that is,to improve the development quality of the main business,implement the integration strategy,and build the comprehensive service system of the group’s supply chain.At the same time,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy of KL logistics group are put forward. |
