Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Endowment Development In Shuangliu District Of Chengdu City

In recent years,population aging has become a worldwide challenge.The pension problem caused by the aging population is also the focus of global attention.Population aging seriously restricts my country’s economic and social development.China is a huge and aging country with over 10%of the population.Seniors aged 65 and 65 now account for 7%and are growing at an average annual rate of 3%.The central government and the State Council have issued a set of relevant policies and measures to accelerate the development of the elderly service industry and elderly service system,and to expand the consumption of elderly services.However,due to the increasing phenomenon of "empty nest","incapacitation" and "living alonen",the elderly in rural areas of our country are facing more and more pension problems.As the traditional pension model has gradually been unable to adapt to the real needs and the increasingly severe aging problem,the relevant departments of Shuangliu District of Chengdu have successively issued some preferential policies to support but there are still many shortcomings in general,which need to be further improved.Based on the new public service theory,welfare pluralism theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper makes a detailed study on the participation subjects,service contents and policies of rural old-age care in Shuangliu District of Chengdu.By means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of the demand and supply of rural old-age care in Shuangliu District of Chengdu,and analyzes the existing problems in the development of rural old-age care in Shuangliu District of Chengdu.At present,there are four problems in Shuangliu District:unreasonable structure of rural old-age service personnel,relatively single rural old-age service content,insufficient government supply and support for rural old-age,and imperfect rural old-age information service platform.Finally from attaches great importance to the rural old-age service professional personnel training,diversified integration of rural old-age resources,government strengthen rural pension supply and support,to strengthen the construction of rural pension information service platform of chengdu shuangliu district,the four aspects countermeasure and the suggestion of the development of rural old-age resources are discussed in this paper,in order to promote the shuangliu district rural old-age problem be efficiently resolved,It provides policy reference for the development of rural old-age service industry in Shuangliu District and Chengdu.
