Research On Innovative Talent Cultivation Mechanism Of High-end Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Blockchain

In the context of the financial crisis in 2008,developed countries in the West first proposed the strategy of revitalizing the manufacturing industry,which also had a lasting impact on my country’s high-end manufacturing industry.Now under the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the high-quality development of my country’s high-end manufacturing industry has also been put on the agenda.As a strong and important guarantee for a country,vigorously developing high-end manufacturing and improving the core competitiveness of high-end manufacturing enterprises have become the focus of development.The development of high-end manufacturing is inseparable from the innovation of talents,so how to cultivate innovative talents in high-end manufacturing has become a hot research topic.However,at present,the cultivation methods of innovative talents in high-end manufacturing enterprises are mostly self-cultivation by enterprises and cultivation by entrusted partners.These cultivation methods have shortcomings such as low resource sharing rate and low matching degree between talents and enterprises,which cannot meet the requirements of high-end manufacturing enterprises for the diversity of innovative talents.The blockchain has the characteristics of distributed storage,openness and transparency,which can solve the above problems to a certain extent.This paper takes the cultivation of innovative talents in high-end manufacturing enterprises as the research object,uses the ideas and methods of blockchain,and combines the synergy theory,stakeholder theory and other theories,on the basis of systematically analyzing the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents in high-end manufacturing industries.Put forward the idea of cultivating innovative talents in high-end manufacturing enterprises based on blockchain,and provide innovative ideas for high-end manufacturing enterprises under the blockchain from five aspects: resource certification,resource management,innovative talent cultivation process,multi-party consensus contracts,and data blocks.The talent cultivation plan has been designed,and the corresponding operation mechanism has been constructed.It further discusses the potential influencing factors of innovative talents cultivation and operation of high-end manufacturing enterprises under the blockchain,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.The research of this paper provides certain decision support for expanding the cultivation methods of innovative talents in high-end manufacturing enterprises,alleviating the shortage of innovative talents cultivation resources in high-end manufacturing enterprises,and tracking the quality of the cultivation process.
