Aging is an inevitable trend of the development of modern society.The crisis of aging in China is becoming increasingly severe.The burden of basic endowment insurance led by the government is increasing,and its pension level can no longer meet the life of urban workers after retirement.Therefore,the government vigorously support the development of the second pillar of endowment security system,enterprise annuity arises at the historic moment,after 20 years of development,China’s enterprise annuity system framework has been basically forming,improve the fund governance structure,the fund custody system and market operating mechanism has been preliminary established,and also is the important supplement of basic endowment insurance.As an example,A company based on the questionnaire survey of company staff in Swatow,as well as to the senior management personnel in depth interviews,found A company establish the enterprise annuity system existing problems,and in combination with the practical situation of enterprises at the same time.It is hoped that the research of this paper can be helpful for the enterprise to implement the enterprise annuity system,whichand has somesignificance on the annuity system establishment for other state-owned enterprises.
