| In the context of the information age,with the rapid development of the global economy and the expansion of the scale of commercial banks,the whole financial industry has been pried and developed towards prosperity.The financial industry occupies an important position in the process of national economic development and affects the future economic trend of a country.With the gradual globalization of the world economy,commercial activities among countries are becoming more and more frequent.With the opening of commercial activities,the openness and openness of the financial industry have also been enhanced.China’s commercial banks have also begun to enter the overseas market.At the same time,some foreign banks with strong comprehensive strength have extended their development territory to China.Under the changing situation,opportunities and challenges coexist.In order to deal with the complex financial market situation,China’s financial industry should actively carry out innovation and reform and obtain the market by improving its core competitiveness.As a typical commercial bank,N Branch of SPDB is no longer applicable to the traditional assessment methods.In this process,the importance of performance appraisal system can not be ignored.We need to constantly innovate and improve the performance appraisal system.As a new strategic management tool,the balanced scorecard has attracted extensive attention all over the world.Compared with the traditional performance management means,the advantages of the balanced scorecard are more obvious and play an important role in improving the operating ability of banks.This paper takes N branch as the research object,analyzes the problems in current performance appraisal of N branch,and then uses the Balanced Scorecard to redesign a set of reasonable appraisal indicators for the N branch.This paper is mainly elaborated from six parts.The first part introduces the research background of the research,sorts out the current situation at home and abroad under the balanced scorecard and the ideas and methods of the research of the paper.The second part describes the related concepts of performance appraisal,including performance management,performance appraisal,and performance evaluation,.It focuses on the theory of the balanced scorecard,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the balanced scorecard.The third part mainly expounds the status quo of SPD N branch performance management and analyzes it.It finds the problems existing in the current assessment,and concludes four problems on SPD Bank N branch.,that concludes the serious proportion of financial indicators.The performance appraisal indicators are relatively single,ignoring the bank’s innovation and development potential,and lacking a clear classification and hierarchical appraisal system.The fourth part builds the performance appraisal system of N branch based on the balanced scorecard,selects new appraisal indicators and draws a set of strategic maps.The fifth part evaluates the effect of the specific implementation of the balanced scorecard in the N branch,and proposes the methods of guarantee and implementation in a targeted manner.The last part summarizes the corresponding improvement opinions and strategies.Through the research of this paper,it can effectively promote the development of the performance appraisal system of China’s commercial banks,provide a theoretical reference template for the future development of the banking industry,provide theoretical guidance for the improvement of the balanced scorecard system,further improve the development of the tool,improve the operation effectiveness of banks,and realize the overall improvement of core competitiveness. |
