In recent years,China has attached great importance to the construction of industrial Internet projects,which have promoted the upgrading of industrial systems and injected new development momentum into traditional manufacturing industries.However,industrial Internet projects are in the initial stage in China,and it has special characteristics such as shorter application time,higher threshold of professional knowledge and more complex standards than traditional Internet projects,and there is very little knowledge in the direction of human resource management of industrial Internet projects that can be referred to.The human resource management of traditional Internet projects can no longer solve the current needs,and industrial Internet projects are in a state of unreasonable organizational structure and lack of talents.This paper reviews the relevant theories of project human resource management,discusses the similarities and differences between project human resources and general human resources,analyzes the background,status quo,purpose and significance of the study and the special characteristics of the industrial Internet project,and analyzes the main ideas of the optimization study of human resource management of Company A’s industrial Internet project.Taking the industrial Internet project of Company A as an example,the questionnaire and managerial interviews were designed based on the theory of incentive health care.Among them,the questionnaire was designed with 22 questions,the sampling ratio reached 90%,and it passed the reliability and validity test.Combined with SPSS software to analyze the research data and discuss around the findings.Through the analysis,we get the problems related to the human resource management of the industrial Internet project in Company A.The main problems include:the project often has unreasonable quality and acceptance difficulties;the motivation of the R&D staff in the project is not high;and there is a lack of employees with industrial knowledge in the project.Based on the human-job matching theory and the hierarchy of needs theory,the main reasons for the problems are found:including the unreasonable project organizational structure,the lack of project talent incentives,the unreasonable talent introduction system,and the neglect of project talent management in Company A’s industrial Internet project.Finally,some specific countermeasure suggestions for human resource management in industrial Internet projects are put forward:mainly including improving the recruitment system of industrial Internet projects,improving the organizational structure of industrial Internet projects,and constructing the talent training system of industrial Internet projects.This paper takes the human resource management problems of the industrial Internet project of Company A as the research object,aiming to provide practical reference and guidance for the human resource management of similar projects.
