High-tech industry development zone is a space carrier for promoting high-tech industrialization transformation in our country.Based on the "new requirements of territorial space planning" and "new demands of industrial transformation and upgrading",it is necessary for the high-tech zone to adjust its development thinking in the direction of "Production-living-ecological Spaces".Therefore,it is of both theoretical and practical significance to study the function evaluation and coupling coordination degree of "Production-living-ecological Spaces" in high-tech industrial development zones and explore the land use optimization strategy,which can promote the industrial transformation and upgrading and sustainable development of high-tech industrial development zones.This paper takes Kunming high-tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object and divides the "Production-living-ecological Spaces" of Kunming High-tech Development Zone based on the data of urban land use types in 2010,2015 and 2020.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the change of "Prodution-living-ecological Spaces" in Kunming High-tech Zone from 2010 to 2020 from three aspects: land use structure,land use dynamic attitude and land use transfer matrix.Based on the concept of "Prodution-living-ecological Spaces" and "Prodution-living-ecological integration",the evaluation system of "Production-living-ecological Spaces" function in high-tech zones is constructed by selecting indexes from three aspects: production function,living function and ecological function.Taking Kunming high-tech industrial Development Zone as an empirical analysis,12 indicators are selected to construct the evaluation index system of "Prodution-living-ecological Spaces" function by using the big data of Internet such as night light data,POI data,road network data and remote sensing image.Multiple functions of GIS spatial analysis are comprehensively used to calculate the functional level of "Prodution-living-ecological Spaces" in Kunming high-tech development Zone.The coupling coordination degree of Kunming High-tech Zone is calculated according to the function score of "Prodution-living-ecological Spaces".According to the functional level of "Production-living-ecological Spaces" and the coupling coordination degree of regional "prodution-living-ecological",the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed.The main research results are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the change of land use structure of "Prodution-livingecological Spaces" in the west of Kunming High-tech Zone gradually turned from active to stable,and the change amplitude and spatial area transfer slowed down.From2010 to 2015,the main transformation area was concentrated in the north of the West Zone,while from 2015 to 2020,the transformation area was scattered in the whole West zone without obvious aggregation.However,the land use change in the east district of Kunming High-tech Zone has been active,and the change amplitude of "Produtionliving-ecological Spaces" and the spatial area transfer have accelerated significantly.From 2010 to 2015,the main transformation area is concentrated in the northern and central areas of the East District,and from 2015 to 2020,the main transformation area is concentrated in the eastern and central areas of the East District.(2)Establishing an evaluation system for the "Production-living-ecological Spaces" in High-tech Industrial Development Zone and using the Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone as an example evaluate the level of the "Productionliving-ecological" functions in the zone.The regional production function in the Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone is mainly at a medium level,with the West Zone having a relatively high production function,while most of the East Zone is at a medium level or below,with more room for improvement.In terms of spatial distribution,the distribution of production function levels tends to decrease gradually from the northern part of the eastern region to the periphery.The living function in Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone is mainly at a better level,with the west area being relatively well equipped with living facilities and having a better living function;the north and west of the east area are better equipped with living facilities,but the east and south areas are relatively backward in terms of living facilities.From the spatial distribution,the west area is at the highest level throughout the whole area,and the distribution of the living function in the east area is roughly decreasing from the better area in the northwest to the outside gradually.The ecological functions within the High-tech Industrial Development Zone are dominated by the highest and and lowest levels.From the spatial distribution,the ecological functions are weaker in the West District as a whole,more varied in the East District,and higher in the East but lower in the West.The results of the comprehensive function evaluation are mainly at the higher and average levels.The overall function level of the western part of Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone is higher,while the overall function level of the eastern part is lower,so it is necessary to improve the "Production-livingecological" functions of different areas through targeted land use optimization measures to achieve regional optimization.Based on the evaluation results of the "Productionliving-ecological Spaces" of Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone,the coupling coordination degree of the "Production-living-ecological" is calculated,and it is concluded that the coupling coordination degree of the west area of Kunming Hightech Industrial Development Zone is high and does not show obvious spatial variability,while the spatial distribution of the coupling coordination level of the east area varies greatly,mainly showing the spatial distribution characteristics of "central concentration and decreasing edge".The coupling coordination of "Production-living" is high in the whole area of Western District,and decreases outwards in the northwestern part of Eastern District;the areas with high values of coupling coordination of "Productionecological " are all located in Western District,while the central part of Eastern District has high coordination but average coordination all around,and the peripheral areas have low coordination;the areas with high coupling coordination of "living-ecological " are mostly located in the eastern part of Eastern District and the northern part of Western District,while the western part of Eastern District is relatively uncoordinated in terms of "living-ecological ".(3)According to the evaluation results of the “Production-living-ecological Spaces” function in Kunming High-tech Zone,the coupled and coordinated distribution of the “Production-living-ecological Spaces” and the current situation of the land in High-tech Zone,the optimization strategies are proposed at different scales.The optimization strategy is divided into macro,meso and micro parts: macro strategy is to analyze the development objectives of the high-tech zone and propose different regional optimization strategies for the west and east areas of Kunming High-tech Zone based on the planning experience of excellent high-tech industrial parks at home and abroad;meso strategy is based on the current situation of the area and the evaluation of the "Production-living-ecological Spaces" function,coupling Based on the current situation of the area and the evaluation and coordination results of the "Productionliving-ecological Spaces" function,the 64 evaluation units of Kunming High-tech Zone are divided into five different types,namely industrial upgrading type,reserved development type,integrated development type,development and construction type and ecological optimization type,and the corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed for different types of areas;the micro strategy is based on the concept of threedimensional mixed land use,and the land construction of Kunming High-tech Zone should focus on the realization of multiple land use functions on a single plot to meet the daily needs of people.The micro-strategy is based on the concept of threedimensional mixed land use.Through the study of the changing characteristics of the “Production-livingecological Spaces” in Kunming High-tech Zone,the evaluation of the functions of the“Production-living-ecological Spaces” and the calculation of the coupling coordination degree,and the study of the optimization strategy for the development status of Kunming High-tech Zone,we hope to enrich the "Production-living-ecological Spaces" in the High-tech Zone to a certain extent.It is expected to enrich the research perspective of “Production-living-ecological Spaces”,provide reference for the optimization of Kunming High-tech Zone,and provide new ideas for the optimization of other high-tech zones.
