Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of The Evaluation Of Poverty Alleviation Results In Wanzhou Distric

"Poverty alleviation" is a poverty reduction theory and practice with Chinese characteristics proposed by China in 2015.In recent years,Chinese scholars have made a lot of achievements in the research on consolidating poverty alleviation.Using the successful experience in the period of poverty alleviation,they continue to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial poverty alleviation,continue to strengthen rural industries,provide high-quality financial supply services,meet the diversified needs of farmers,improve the level of rural grass-roots governance,and pay attention to the guarantee for the vulnerable groups.At present,Wanzhou District has carried out the evaluation of the achievements in the consolidation of poverty alleviation mainly in monitoring the newly poverty-stricken households and preventing them from returning to poverty,giving priority to the selection of poverty-stricken households in public welfare undertakings,continued investment in the construction of infrastructure,renovation of dilapidated houses,planting,breeding and processing services,receiving medical assistance,and solving the problem of safe drinking water.From the perspective of farmers’ satisfaction,the implementation and problems of the current evaluation of targeted poverty alleviation are verified,which has a rare new perspective to analyze the current evaluation mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation.The Chinese government is currently carrying out the world’s largest effort to consolidate poverty alleviation.The evaluation and implementation of its policies bears on the vital interests of the broad masses of the people and is also a prerequisite for rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to study the evaluation of the achievements of consolidating poverty alleviation.This paper is a study on the evaluation of poverty alleviation achievements in Wanzhou District.Through the research on the evaluation subjects and contents of the government and the third party,the current status of the evaluation of poverty alleviation is analyzed from the two aspects of the evaluation subjects and contents,and the evaluation of the government’s consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation evaluation is innovatively combined with the perceived satisfaction of farmers on the evaluation.At present,the evaluation of targeted poverty alleviation in Wanzhou District is mainly led by the government and entrusted by third-party evaluation agencies such as universities and the media to jointly monitor and evaluate the degree of poverty alleviation and the degree of easy return to poverty.Due to the imperfect system and mechanism in the initial stage,there are still some problems,such as rigid evaluation content,not forward-looking,poverty alleviation funds are not in place,etc.,which are caused by the government’s risk preference,not daring to take advanced risks,and farmers’ own ability.We need to actively discuss and investigate this issue so as to form a better evaluation system and contribute to common prosperity.
