Research On Production Management Optimization Of H Company Assembly Line Based On Lean Production

With the intensification of market competition,the electronic product manufacturing industry is faced with the challenge of diversified customer demand and further cost increase.To meet these challenges,electronics manufacturers should actively introduce leading varieties and methods to achieve quality,cost,effective ways.This can further improve the company’s management level and output performance,optimize the output efficiency,and enhance the overall competitiveness of the company.Lean production management mode is a kind of management mode that has been proved to have a very high level after years of practice.It can effectively greatly reduce the company’s cost,save resources,further improve work efficiency,and then meet the needs of development.This dissertation through the quantitative analysis of H company electronics assembly line production process,found that the current H company electronics assembly line field management chaos,low efficiency and management organization of production line,then using the basic theory of lean production,5W1 H analysis,ECRS principle,6S site management,site layout optimization method for production line optimization,finally establish fast communication mechanism,establish performance appraisal mechanism to ensure the lean improvement of H company.Through the implementation of the optimization scheme,the balance rate of the production line increased from 31.14% to 82.81%,the loss rate decreased from 68.86% to 17.79%,and the company’s profit also increased.The research in this dissertation not only has practical value for the electronic product production line of H company,but also has reference significance for the optimization of lean production line by the subsequent company.
