Patent-based Research On Agricultural Technology Innovation In Hebei Province

Hebei Province is one of the country’s major grain-producing areas,rich in natural resources and playing an important role in ensuring food security.In recent years,provincial(municipal)agricultural science and technology innovation has made great progress.To sort out the development course of agricultural technology innovation in Hebei Province,and to clarify its own advantages and disadvantages by comparing with other excellent provinces,is the premise of formulating agricultural technology innovation policy in Hebei Province.The application of patent data in technological innovation research has been recognized by the academic circle.Based on this,this study takes patents in agriculturerelated fields as the research object,and according to technology innovation theory and patent analysis theory,comprehensively uses patent qualitative analysis and patent quantitative analysis to analyze agricultural technology innovation in Hebei Province.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: First,from the trend of patent application,the number of annual patent applications in Hebei Province is on the rise,especially in recent years.There is a big gap between Hebei Province and Jiangsu Province,Shandong Province and Zhejiang Province in the amount of patent application.Second,from the perspective of patent applicants,patent application institutions in Hebei Province are mainly enterprises.Although the number of patents of colleges and universities in Hebei Province ranks the top in China,the agricultural technology patent strength of colleges and research institutions in Hebei Province is relatively weak compared with other provinces.Thirdly,from the perspective of technology,the direction of agricultural technology R&D in Hebei Province is basically the same as that in other provinces,with A01 G,A01K and A01 C as the main direction,among which the researches on A01 G are the most.However,related researches in other fields need to be strengthened in Hebei Province,especially in A01 N and A01 P.There is a big gap between Hebei Province and Shandong Province.Therefore,we should make an overall plan and give full play to our advantages to narrow the gap.Fourthly,from the perspective of region,there is a big gap in patent applications,and the development of different cities is unbalanced.Shijiazhuang is the main force,related to the level of economic development of other cities.The number of patent applications for urban agriculture in areas with high economic development level and colleges and universities is higher and the ability of scientific and technological innovation is stronger.Through the above analysis,it is found that there are some problems in agricultural technology innovation in Hebei province,such as large regional innovation gap,small number of individual enterprise innovation,low innovation ability of individual enterprise,the field of agricultural technology needs to be expanded,the agricultural innovation ability of colleges and universities needs to be strengthened,and insufficient investment in technological innovation funds.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in agricultural technology innovation in Hebei Province,the countermeasures such as narrowing the regional innovation gap,improving the innovation ability of enterprises,expanding the field of agricultural technology innovation,strengthening the agriculture-related innovation ability of colleges and research institutes,increasing the investment in innovation are put forward.
