In the context of the rapid development of the knowledge economy,the shortening of the technology renewal cycle and the adjustment of the industrial structure,the competition in the market is no longer limited to the competition of products,technologies and services.More and more countries or regions and enterprises will target the standards.On,compete for the commanding heights of standard setting.With the continuous development of economic globalization,today's international competition is becoming more and more fierce.International competition is not only dependent on tangible assets such as land,labor,capital,etc.in the industrial era,but also in technological innovation capabilities and patents.Quantity,standard setting and control.In the international market dominated by developed countries in the West,developing countries have entered the international market to gain market share at a disadvantage.The game rules of “products not moving,standards first” have become the general rules of international competition.Different from the traditional production and management methods,the main manifestations of today's social and economic benefits are gradually shifting from the expansion of production scale and the improvement of product quality to the level of technological innovation and intellectual property protection.With the continuous improvement of the level of technological innovation,more innovations have emerged,and the corresponding property rights awareness has gradually increased.Technological innovation,patents and standards have been in many fields such as international trade,market competition,technology research and development,and government management.Rapidly achieve mutual evolution.Self-developed technological innovation is an important means to improve competitiveness.More and more enterprises and even national governments have promoted the patentization of innovation results and patent standardization to the strategic level,and promoted the integration of technological innovation,patents and standards.Realize patentization of innovation results and standardization of patents.The relationship between technological innovation,patents and standards is increasingly close.In the process of marketization,the evolutionary relationship between the three and the factors affecting its evolution are more and more worthy of analysis and exploration.This paper attempts to take a new research perspective,that is,based on the non-linear model of the innovation stage of the Schumpeterian paradigm,combined with the perspective of coordinated evolution,from the two dimensions of time and space,the synergistic evolution of the three.Mainly from the following aspects: First,describe the existing theoretical basis,involving technological innovation,patents,standards definition,technological innovation theory,synergistic evolution theory,and life cycle theory.Secondly,describe the nonlinear model of the innovation process of Schumpeter's three-stage paradigm,and construct a collaborative evolution model of technological innovation,patents and standards,from technology,market,The government and the enterprise elaborated the three levels of synergistic evolution factors in invention-technology research and development-innovation results patentization,innovation-product development-patent standardization,diffusion-market monopoly-standard monopoly.Thirdly,the co-evolution relationship is analyzed from the time dimension,combined with the technology innovation life cycle,patent life cycle,standard life cycle related theory,analyzing the cycle nature of technological innovation,patents and standards,and constructing technological innovation,patent and standard co-evolution based on time dimension.The model analyzes the synergistic evolution of technological innovation,patents and standards from the technical,market,government and enterprise levels according to the market transformation path of “innovation results patentization ? patent standardization ? standard monopolyization”.Finally,from the spatial dimension analysis of the evolutionary relationship,the market,technology and government can be used to construct the STTPS space of technological innovation,patents and standard spatial analysis tools.The enterprise is the main body,and the enterprise is analyzed from the three dimensions of technology,market and government.STTPS activities,constructing a technological innovation,patent,and standard collaborative evolution model based on spatial dimension,analyzing the spatial characteristics of STTPS from three aspects: technology,market,and government.On this basis,the company analyzes the innovation of patents as the main body of innovation.The three stages of patent standardization and standard monopoly influence the factors of the coordinated evolution of the three.
