Research On Quality Management Improvement Measures Of HX Optoelectronics Technology Company

Quality is the life of an enterprise,which has a profound impact on the survival and development of enterprises,HX Optoelectronic Technology Co.,Ltd.is a professional touch panel manufacturing enterprise.After more than 10 years of development,the company has become the preferred touch panel manufacturing supplier for brand customers.During the COVID-19 pandemic,online learning and working from home have replaced traditional teaching and office models,a shift that has led to a sharp increase in demand for touch panels.However,the market competition is very fierce,and customers have higher and higher requirements for product quality and service.Faced with the increase of orders,the quality management ability of the company cannot keep up with the changes in the market,leading to some quality problems.Based on this background,this paper studies the quality management of HX Optoelectronic Technology Company.Based on the quality management of HX Optoelectronic Technology Company as the research object,this paper analyzes the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad.Following relevant concepts and theoretical basis,starting from the company’s quality management status,this paper finds that the quality management project does not reach the expected goal as the entry point,and according to total quality management and Juran Trilogy,by referring to the document requirements of the company’s quality management system and relevant literature records,the quality analysis tool is used to find out the quality management problems behind the quality management project not reaching the expected goal.which is inadequate quality planning,inadequate quality control,inactive continuous improvement and imperfect quality assessment mechanism.Then the root causes of these quality management problems are analyzed,which is not comprehensive planning of quality management documents,lack of staff skills training,inappropriate continuous improvement program and quality performance appraisal is not linked to the reward and punishment mechanism.Finally,based on the reasons analyzed,the quality management improvement countermeasures are put forward,it is mainly to strengthen the planning of quality management documents,strengthen the staff skills training,optimize the incentive scheme of quality improvement and implement the quality performance appraisal management standard,each improvement measure synchronizes the optimization of the quality management system documents.The plan of strengthening quality management documents,strengthening staff skill training,optimizing incentive scheme of quality improvement and implementing quality performance appraisal management standard proposed in this paper can provide great help to the quality management practice of the company.After the implementation of these improvement measures,the quality management of HX Optoelectronic Technology Company has been improved significantly.This is mainly reflected in two aspects.First,the SOP compliance and the number of customer complaints have reached the expected target.Moreover,the qualified rate of products has a stable rising trend,and the quality performance of products on the client side is better,which has won the satisfaction of customers.Quality management is always a process of continuous improvement.For HX Optoelectronic Technology Company,it still needs to continuously strengthen its quality management ability and improve the quality awareness of employees,so as to realize the continuous improvement of the quality management level of the enterprise.
