Research On Product Quality Management System Optimization Of J Company

Quality is the life of enterprise,is the foundation of enterprise development and the core of competition as well.Along with the development of social economy and under the condition of market economy,the buyer’s market is a normal state for most enterprises.The mission of enterprises is to meet customer needs and adapt to market changes,and produce products that satisfy customers in terms of product quality and price.Many enterprise managers have clearly realized that quality is becoming an important approach for expanding market,promoting the development of internal productivity and obtaining much more profits,as well as playing a significant role on enterprise existence and development.Based on that,this paper uses the theoretical knowledge as I learned,takes J company as the investigating object,to deeply research on product quality management matters.The article comprehensively uses the research methods of literature analysis,case study,system analysis,etc.With the guidance of the theoretical framework of total quality management,it systematically describes the problems and deficiencies of J company’s production process and business process in product quality control,and finally concluded that the direct reasons for the poor quality management of J Company are the inadequate implementation of quality management functions,the poor procurement management,product design and development quality need to be systematic improved,poor process capability hardly meet current customer requirements.Through further analysis,the article points out the deeper reasons for the existing problems lie in the fact that the quality management organization has not been completely established,the product quality planning needs to be strengthened,the quality management methods and the quality culture still need to be improved,etc.Afterwards,according to the root causes and the current situation of J Company,a series of optimization actions for the quality management system are introduced.Finally,the article puts forward solutions to guarantee the effectiveness of the product management system from the top management level,such as consolidate the management’s decision support,setup clear quality target and apply to the corresponding performance appraisal mechanism,develop the professional skills of employees,and setup internal enterprise management Lesson Learnt system.All in all,this paper provides useful reference for helping J Company to do the best in product quality management and product quality improvement.In a word,the research in this paper has played a positive role in attracting company top management attention on product quality and improvement of product quality management.At the same time,it also helps the companies to discover the problems in product quality management and provide the method how to resolve them.
