| With the rapid development of our country’s construction industry,the competition in the industry has grown fiercely intense,at the same time,intelligent building technology is updated and upgraded constantly,which puts forward higher demands for the human resources of construction enterprises.The cultivation of high-quality talents is now viewed as an important way for construction enterprises to transform and upgrade of the companies to gain competitive advantages.As a group that plays an unignorable role in the industry,the project managers in construction enterprises are becoming more and more crucial.The corporate performance of a building construction enterprise depends on a large extent on the comprehensive quality of project managers.Therefore,creating a higher quality project manager talent team has grown into a recognized focus of human resource department for construction enterprises.Based on the fact that there are still many unreasonable training schemes for project managers in construction enterprises,this article takes reference from the relevant training theories and practical experience of project managers at home and abroad,takes the project managers in D construction enterprise as the research subject,and combines the practical business development status and resources distribution of the enterprise to analyze the current situation of project manager training,and then optimizes and improves the defects and deficiencies in the training process.This thesis firstly analyses the relevant studies on the contradiction between the post competency of project managers in construction companies and the current training scheme of project managers to set the background and significance of the topic of this thesis.Secondly,by using the methods of interviews and questionnaires survey,2 management personnel and 26 project managers from the project department of D construction enterprise were interviewed and questionnaire surveyed,and the data and conclusions from the interviews and questionnaires were integrated to analyse the current situation and problems of project manager training in D construction enterprise.At the same time,by conducting interviews with key behavioural events of project managers in D construction enterprise and questionnaires on the competency elements of project managers,based on the processing and analysis of the interview and questionnaire results,the competency elements applicable to project managers in D construction enterprise were summarised.Finally,in view of the existing training problems of project managers in D construction enterprise,the training needs of project managers were analysed by combining the competency model and the analysis of training needs gap model,and the existing problems were optimised and improved in terms of project manager training needs analysis,training content and training effect evaluation,so as to improve the training effect of project managers in D construction enterprise.The writer believes that this will provide D construction enterprise a scientific and reasonable training program of project managers,and then conducts a feasibility assessment on the optimization scheme to provide data support.In addition,this thesis theoretically improves the project manager talent training system of construction companies and points out new methods and ideas for the optimization training practice of project managers,offering reference value to similar enterprises.In practice,it provides high-quality human resource training programs solutions for D construction enterprise,effectively helping the transformation of the theoretical training knowledge,benefitting the scientific and standardized training system for project managers,realizing the efficient allocation of training resources of the companies,and improving the practical effect of professional skill level and work performance of project managers,and ultimately achieve the purpose of promoting the achievement of the strategic goals of the enterprise. |
