feet,adhere to the self-reliance and self-improvement of agricultural science and technology,and accelerate the research on key core technologies of agriculture,which is the basis for human survival and development.".At present,China’s agricultural development is facing enormous challenges,not only limited by resources,but also brought more and more pressure by the growing domestic market demand,and at the same time faced with fierce international competition.Agricultural industrialization management is the only way to realize agricultural modernization and an important way to realize agricultural economic structure adjustment,agricultural efficiency increase and farmers’ income increase.Leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization have strong ability to participate in domestic and international market competition.They combine the advantages of scattered agricultural resources into strong group competitiveness,connect the household contract management of thousands of households with the ever-changing big market,lead farmers to the market,and realize the goals of enterprise development and increase farmers’ income.Guiding leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization and farmers to form an interest-sharing and risk-sharing mechanism is the key for leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization to become stronger and bigger and farmers’ income to grow continuously.As the key to the development of people’s livelihood,agriculture is the basic condition of all production activities.The rise of agricultural enterprises is conducive to solving the long-standing problem of disjointed production and marketing in China’s agriculture.As an important part of agricultural development,agricultural enterprises play a role in promoting the overall development of agriculture.At the same time,the development direction of enterprises has played a guiding role in the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly critical to study the enterprise strategy of agricultural enterprises.This paper takes Xiamen Xiangyu Co.,Ltd.,a typical leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization,as the research object,analyzes its present situation by using relevant management theories,and provides reference for the development and strategic planning of other agricultural enterprises by analyzing the factors affecting the management strategy formulation of typical leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.The structure of this paper is arranged as follows:The first part is an introduction.This is a summary of the full text.Including: the background and significance of the study,the current research status for the development of agricultural enterprises.This part is the forerunner of the paper,which lays the foundation for future research.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.The main body of this paper is the research on the operation and management strategies of agricultural leading enterprises.Therefore,in the conceptual description,the concepts related to operation and management concepts,agricultural enterprises,and agricultural industry classification are introduced.This part is the theoretical part of the paper research,laying a good theoretical foundation for the paper.The third part is an analysis of the operation status of typical agricultural industrialization leading enterprises.Taking Xiamen Xiangyu Co.,Ltd.as an example,this section is mainly divided into two major points.The first point is the analysis of the current business situation of Xiamen Xiangyu Company.Analyzed the background,financial situation,and management model of Xiamen Xiangyu Company;The second point is SWOT analysis.By focusing on the analysis of obvious development advantages,severe challenges,opportunities worth grasping,and threats from different aspects,a SWOT portrait of Xiamen Xiangyu Company is obtained,which more clearly presents the operation and management status of Xiamen Xiangyu Company.The fourth part is the SWOT strategic combination of Xiamen Xiangyu.This is the focus of this paper.Based on the analysis of the current situation in the previous chapter,this chapter proposes management portfolio strategies that can solve practical problems.They are: growth strategy when combining advantages with opportunities,reversal strategy when combining disadvantages with opportunities,diversified business strategy when combining advantages with threats,and defensive strategy when combining disadvantages with threats.Based on the four management strategies,the QSPM matrix is used for quantitative analysis to form the QSPM matrix for the management strategies of leading agricultural enterprises.The fifth part is the analysis of the problems existing in Xiamen Xiangyu management and their causes.Based on the above,four problems are put forward.They are: problems in corporate culture construction,problems in human resource management,problems in financial management and problems in production management technology.Then the causes of these problems are analyzed.The sixth part is the strategic countermeasures to promote the development of Xiangyu Island in Xiamen.Based on the analysis and research of the current situation and solution strategies of Xiamen Xiangyu in the above three parts,four strategic countermeasures are proposed to promote the development of Xiamen Xiangyu.They are: strive to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization,establish a close interest linkage mechanism with farmers,establish their own production management technical team,and establish their own corporate culture.To provide reference for promoting the development of agricultural enterprises in China and make contributions to the further development of agricultural undertakings in China.The last part is a summary and outlook. | |
