Performance appraisal, an important tool, is useful to improve the performance of enterprise and the staff, plays an important role in the enterprise development. The performance of employees can be improved by effective performance appraisal system. A lot of reference can be provided for the company to make human resource management decisions. such as: adjusting employee level, promoting, adding salary, welfare, rewards and even putting punishment. Ensuring that employees working in a fair competition and dynamic working environment, improving the production efficiency and competition ability of the enterprises is of importance. Performing evaluation is complexity and sensitivity. Therefore, designing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of enterprise, and using effectively is vital. This needs are tied to strategic objectives and enterprise. Obviously, it is an important issue regarding a enterprise development.In this paper, we aim to evaluate the basic theory of performance from domestic and foreign studies, through the study of enterprise performance evaluation, and the diagnosis of RT company analysis, and objective understanding of the management, using key performance indicators, target management and the balanced scorecard performance evaluation methods, combining with RT company's strategic target. The enterprise strategic goals can be decomposed and converted into a variety of mutual balance and specific performance evaluation index system, at the same time of these indicators to evaluate the actual situation in different period, and finish for the strategy of enterprise, to build a reliable execution, and set up a performance evaluation system model.The purpose of this paper is through the performance of human resources management theory and RT company's existing performance evaluation system as the foundation, study and analysis of the problems existing in the system of corporate performance evaluation, and it can improve enterprise performance is given and the method of employee performance, finally through the performance of the system to resolve the problem, to realize win-win situation of enterprises and employees.
