However,this behavior will not only affect its work enthusiasm,but also affect the quality of its work tasks,and then affect organizational performance.It can be seen that strengthening the research on the behavior of blue-collar employees in manufacturing enterprises is practical to promote the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises’ work efficiency.This article uses the corporate blue-collar employees as the research object,and comprehensively uses the combination of literature research,questionnaire surveys,and qualitative and quantitative research to explore the impact of illness presenteeism on the performance of blue-collar employees in manufacturing enterprises.First of all,organize relevant materials at home and abroad through online and offline channels,introduce the relevant concepts of presenteeism behavior,work input,organizational support,and work performance,and summarize the relevant content of social exchange theory,organizational support theory,incentive theory and psychological contract theory,Establish the theoretical model of the impact of diligence behavior on the impact of the performance of blue-collar employees in manufacturing enterprises and put forward assumptions: that is,the manufacturing enterprise blue-collar employees ’duty of duty of employees have a significant negative impact on employees’ work performance,work investment affects work performance,and work performance affects work performance.During the process,the intermediary role and organizational support play a negative adjustment role between presenteeism and work performance.Secondly,draw on the mature scale developed by the scholars,and compile the measurement measuring scale,work input measurement table,organizational support metering table and work performance measurement table for blue-collar employees.Third,the online We Chat form randomly selects 420 blue-collar employees from many manufacturing companies to conduct questionnaires for survey objects,and descriptive statistical analysis,reliability test,validity test,common method deviation test,correlation analysis and regression test were carried out by statistical analysis software to verify whether the research hypothesis was established.Finally,combined with the results of empirical research,from scientific management of blue-collar employees to work,strive to enhance the work investment of blue-collar employees,and continuously strengthen the support of blue-collar employee organizations,etc.,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on corporate management.It is expected that through empirical research based on the concepts and theoretical based on domestic and foreign diligence behavior and employee work performance,establish the theoretical model of presenteeism in employees’ work performance with work input and support as the intermediary variables and organization support.To enrich the theoretical system related to diligent behavior and work performance.Combined with the analysis of the research results reached: manufacturing enterprises need to strengthen the management of blue-collar employees,guide the needs of blue-collar employees,improve internal and external incentive measures,reasonably distribute tasks,attach importance to the health of blue-collar employees,enhance their recognition of the organization,improve their identity,improve their Personal performance,which further improves organizational performance and promotes the efficient and rapid development of the entire manufacturing industry. |
