| In our national economy,the construction industry as a pillar industry,its development speed affects the development of China’s economy,it not only promotes the construction speed of urbanization,but also accelerates the development process of agricultural modernization,which also promotes changes in the national economic structure and the strengthening of enterprise market competition,with a large number of low-tech rural population pouring into the city,providing a large number of labor force to construction enterprises,and gradually evolving into a new generation of migrant workers,but this group has large mobility,low level of vocational skills,difficulties in rights protection and other issues.It is very unfavorable to the development of construction enterprises.Therefore,guiding the new generation of migrant workers to enhance their awareness of professionalization,improve the overall quality and vocational skill level,accelerate the development of the labor market of construction enterprises,promote the transformation of the new generation of migrant workers from construction workers to industrial workers,and the professionalization of the new generation of migrant workers in construction enterprises is more important to accelerate the modernization of the industrial structure and guide them to embark on a new road of industrialization.This paper takes the new generation of migrant workers in state-owned construction enterprises in Hunan Province as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign researchers on professionalization,sorts out the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the new generation of migrant workers in state-owned construction enterprises,and expounds the basic situation of the new generation of migrant workers in state-owned construction enterprises in Hunan Province by using field research,questionnaire survey and data analysis methods,respectively,from the dimensions of personnel situation,age structure,education level,vocational skill quality,employment environment,rights and interests protection.As a result,we have a clearer understanding of the professionalization of the new generation of migrant workers in hunan state-owned construction enterprises.Subsequently,the influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers in Hunan state-owned construction enterprises were analyzed,and an indicator system of professional influencing factors was constructed.Through the questionnaire survey to collect and sort out the data,the Logistic regression model was used for empirical evidence,and the 10 variables of age,gender,education level factors,monthly income factors,working age,contract signing,work intensity,skills training,social security participation and full-time level were introduced into the binary Logistic model,and the most important factors affecting the willingness to professionalization were the four indicators of labor contract signing and performance,age,skill training status and social insurance status.The degree of influence is followed by the level of education and full-time,while the three variables of monthly income,working time and working hours have less impact on the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to professionalize.Finally,according to the results,it is proposed to improve the contractualization of labor relations of migrant workers;Standardize the vocational skills training system for migrant workers;Promote the full-time employment of migrant workers;Promote the standardization of employment organizations and other development suggestions,and provide a reference basis for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s state-owned construction enterprises. |
